Pada jaman Kerajaan – kerajaan di Indonesia mulai mengalami kemunduran dan keruntuhan, ada seseorang dari keturunan kerajaan mencoba mencari informasi mengenai sebab mundurnya dan runtuhnya kerajaan itu. Rombongan keturunan kerajaan itu pergi dengan menggunakan perahu karena menyebrangi sungai-sungai. Tetapi di sungai tersebut mengalami kekeringan dan akhirnya perahu tersebut terperangkap di sungai itu. Dan entah kemana rombongan keturunan kerajaan yang ada di perahu itu sampai saat ini. Kemudian cerita itu terdengar sampai kepada masyarakat diberi nama Ciparahu, yaitu tapak lalampahan rombongan keturunan Kerajaan (menak).

Ketika beberapa tahun kedepan, ada beberapa yang melihat sungai (kali) itu. Tetapi sebelah timur sungai (kali) Ciparahu, ada curug yang menyerupai tungku (Hawu) dalam bahasa jawa disebut Tumang yang menjadi keunikan sungai Ciparahu. Dan akhirnya sekitar daerah curug dinamai oleh masyarakat dengan sebutan Citumang, yaitu air curug yang menyerupai Tungku (Tumang).

Kemudian di bagian mata air sungai (kali),ada curug yang menumpang, dan ternyata dibalik curug tersebut ada air yang mengalir. Jadi, air itu datangnya tidak hanya dari atas tetapi dari bawah juga. Dan konon didekat curug itu ada binatang Uling (sidat besar) yang katanya berada di bagian dalam gua. Apabila Uling itu bergerak, bagian sekitar gua itu akan goyang. Ada yang menyebutkan juga, bahwa sumber air dalam gua berasal dari sungai Citanjong dari Gunung Porang perbatasan banjarsari. Mata air Gunung Porang itu barasal dari Gunung Keneng, dan mata air Gunung Keneng brasal dari daerah Bagolo. Disebutlah gua dan curug itu oleh masyarakat sebagai Kali Numpang (kali yang menumpang)

Beberapa tahun kedepan, banyak tokoh – tokoh masyarakat yang melihat keindahan sungai (kali) itu. Dan ada seorang tokoh yang berinisiatif untuk membuat bendungan dekat sungai Ciparahu. Tokoh masyarakat itu bernama H. Sobari berasal dari Karang Nangka. Pembuatan bendungan tersebut dengan menggunakan tali bola dan ilmu atau ajian yang dimilikinya. Dengan cara, menyelam kedalam air kurang lebih selama 2 jam dan membentangkan tali bola kedalam air. Karena jaman dulu belum ada teknologi canggih seperti jaman sekarang. Memang tidak masuk akal, tapi itulah kenyataannya.

Akhirnya sampai saat ini, bendungan itu masih ada dan sungai (kali) itu terkenal dengan sebutan Citumang serta Gua dan curug itu terkenal dengan sebutan Kali Numpang.

Farhan Qureshi (R. Madhavan), Raju Rastogi (Sharman Joshi), and Rancchoddas "Rancho" Shyamaldas Chanchad (Aamir Khan) are three engineering students who share a room in a hostel at the Imperial College of Engineering, one of the best colleges in India. While Farhan and Raju are average students from modest backgrounds, Rancho is from a rich family. Farhan wants to become a wildlife photographer, but has joined engineering college to fulfil his father's wish. Raju on the other hand wants to uplift his family fortunes. Rancho is a wealthy genius who studies for the sheer joy of it. However, Rancho's passion is for knowledge and taking apart and building machines rather than the conventional obsession of the other students with exam ranks. With his different approach Rancho incurs the wrath of dean of college, Professor Viru Sahastrabudhhe (ViruS) (Boman Irani). Rancho irritates his lecturers by giving creative and unorthodox answers, and confronts ViruS after fellow student Joy Lobo hangs himself in his dormitory room. Joy had requested an extension on his major project on compassionate grounds—his father had suffered a stroke—but ViruS refused, saying that he himself was completely unmoved by his own son's accidental death after being hit by a train. Rancho denounces the rat race, dog-eat-dog, mindless rote learning mentality of the institution, blaming it for Lobo's death.

Threatened by Rancho's talent and free spirit, ViruS labels him an "idiot" and attempts on a number of occasions to destroy his friendship with Farhan and Raju, warning them and their parents to steer clear of Rancho. In contrast, ViruS’ model student is Chatur Ramalingam or "Silencer", (Omi Vaidya) who sees a high rank at the prestigious college as his ticket to higher social status, corporate power, and therefore wealth. Chatur conforms to the expectations of the system. Rancho humiliates Chatur, who is awarded the honour of making a speech at an award ceremony, by substituting obscenities into the text, which has been written by the librarian. As expected, Chatur mindlessly memorises the speech, without noticing that anything is amiss, partly aided by his lack of knowledge on Hindi. His speech becomes the laughing stock of the audience, infuriating the authorities in the process.

Meanwhile, Rancho also falls in love with ViruS' medical student daughter Pia (Kareena Kapoor) when he, Raju and Farhan crash her sister's wedding banquet in order to get a free meal, in the process further infuriating ViruS.

Meanwhile, the three students continue to anger ViruS, although Rancho continues to come first in every exam, while Chatur is always second, and Farhan and Raju are inevitably in the last two positions. The tensions come to a head when the three friends, who are already drunk, break into ViruS's house at night to allow Rancho to propose to Pia, and then urinate on a door inside the compound before running away when ViruS senses intruders. The next day, ViruS threatens to expel Raju lest he talks on the other two. Unable to choose between betraying his friend or letting down his family, Raju jumps out of the 3rd floor window and lands on a courtyard, but after extensive care from Pia and his roommates, awakes from a coma.

The experience has changed Farhan and Raju, and they adopt Rancho's outlook. Farhan decides to pursue his love of photography, while Raju takes an unexpected approach for an interview for a corporate job. He attends in plaster and a wheelchair and gives a series of non-conformal and frank answers. However, ViruS is unsympathetic and vows to make the final exam as hard as possible so that Raju is unable to graduate. Pia hears him and angrily confronts him, and when ViruS gives the same ruthless reply he gives to his students, she denounces him in the same way that Rancho did over the suicide of Lobo. Pia reveals that Viru's son and her brother was not killed in an accident but committed suicide in front of a train and left a letter because ViruS had forced him to pursue a career in engineering over his love for literature; ViruS always mentioned that he unsympathetically failed his son on the ICE entrance exams over and over to every new intake of ICE students. After this, Pia walks out on the family home, and takes ViruS's spare keys with her. She tells Rancho of the exam, and he and Farhan break into ViruS's office and steals the exam and give it to Raju, who with his new-found attitude, is unconcerned with the prospect of failing, and refuses to cheat and throws the paper away. However, ViruS catches the trio and expels them on the spot. However, they earn a reprieve when Viru's pregnant elder daughter Mona (Mona Singh) goes into labour at the same time. A heavy storm cuts all power and traffic, and Pia is still in self-imposed exile, so she instructs Rancho to deliver the baby in the college common room via VOIP, after Rancho restores power using car batteries and a power inverter that Rancho had dreamed up and ViruS had mocked. Rancho then delivers the baby with the help of a cobbled-together Vacuum extractor.

After the baby is apparently stillborn, Rancho resuscitates it. ViruS reconciles with Rancho and his friends and allows them to take their final exams and they graduate. Rancho comes first and is awarded ViruS's pen, which the professor had been keeping for decades before finding a brilliant enough student to gift it to.

Their story is framed as intermittent flashbacks from the present day, ten years after Chatur vowed revenge on Rancho for embarrassing him at the speech night and promised to become more successful than Rancho a decade later. Having lost contact with Rancho, who disappeared during the graduation party and went into seclusion, Raju and Farhan begin a journey to find him. They are joined by Chatur, now a wealthy and successful businessman, who joins them, brazenly confident that he has surpassed Rancho. Chatur is also looking to seal a deal with a famous scientist and prospective business associate named Phunsukh Wangdu. Chatur sees Wangdu, who has hundreds of patents, as his ticket to further social prestige. When they find Rancho's house, they walk into his father's funeral, and find a completely different Rancho Jaaved Jaffrey. After accusing the new man of stealing their friend's identity and profiting from his intellect, the host pulls a gun on them, but Farhan and Raju turn the tables by seizing the father's ashes and threatening to flush them down the toilet. The householder capitulates and says that their friend was a destitute servant boy who loved learning, while he, the real Rancho, was a lazy wealthy child who disliked study, so the family agreed to let the servant boy study in Rancho's place instead of labouring. In return, the real Rancho would pocket the qualifications and the benefits thereof, while the impersonator would sever all contact with the world and start a new life. The real Rancho reveals that his impersonator is now a schoolteacher in Ladakh.

Raju and Farhan then find Pia, and take her from her wedding day to Suhas by performing the same tricks with his material possessions, and having Raju turn up to the ceremony disguised as the groom and eloping with Pia in public. When they arrive in Ladakh, they see a group of enthusiastic Ladakhi children who are motivated by love of knowledge. Pia and the fake Rancho rekindle their love, while Chatur mocks and abuses Rancho the schoolteacher. He asks Rancho to sign on a DECLARATION OF DEFEAT document. And sees that Rancho is using the pen which ViruS had gifted him. Chatur snatches the pen from Rancho and starts to move back. When Rancho's friends ask what his real name is, he reveals that his real name is Phunsukh Wangdu and phones Chatur, who has turned his back, and tells him that he will not be able to sign the deal with him because he has his pen. He asks Chatur to turn around meet his prospective business partner. Chatur is horrified and falls to his knees, accepts his defeat and continues to plead his case with Phunsukh to establish the business relationship he was after.

[Request] King Arthur

Arthur, also known as Artorius Castus (Clive Owen), is portrayed as a Roman cavalry officer, the son of a Roman father and a Celtic mother, who leads a military force of Sarmatian auxiliary cavalry in Britain at the close of the Roman occupation in 467 A.D. He and his men guard Hadrian's Wall against theWoads, a Celtic people who resist Roman rule, based on the historical Picts,[1] led by the mysterious Merlin (Stephen Dillane). He is not the first Arthur — for generations, his ancestors have manned the Wall, leading Sarmatian auxiliaries.

As the film starts, Arthur and his remaining knights Lancelot (Ioan Gruffudd), Bors (Ray Winstone), Tristan (Mads Mikkelsen), Gawain (Joel Edgerton),Galahad (Hugh Dancy) and Dagonet (Ray Stevenson) are expecting discharge from the service of the Empire after faithfully serving for 15 years (Lancelot'svoiceover is heard at the beginning and end of the film, and his entry into service as a youth in 452 A.D. is depicted at the beginning). However they first fight off an attack by the Woads on the Roman escort bringing their discharges.

However, on the night they ought to receive their freedom, they are dispatched on a final and possibly suicidal mission by Bishop Germanus (Ivano Marescotti) in the freezing winter to rescue the important Roman family of Marius Honorius (Ken Stott) from impending capture by the invading Saxons, led by their chief Cerdic (Stellan Skarsgård) and his son Cynric (Til Schweiger). Marius' son, Alecto, is the Pope's favorite godson and may be "destined to be Pope one day", according to the Bishop. The knights are charged with this rescue because Rome is withdrawing from Britain, now considered an indefensible outpost.

At the remote estate, Arthur explains his mission to Marius, who becomes defensive and refuses to leave his grand home. Marius is revealed to have oppressed his serfs on the pretense of speaking for God. While being shown an elder who has been whipped and left tied up out in the elements for asking Marius for more food for the serfs, Arthur advises that Marius does not speak for God. He frees the elder and tells them all that they were "free from their first breath". Arthur soon discovers Marius has also immured pagans: a Woad, Guinevere (Keira Knightley), and a small boy, Lucan. Arthur frees them and decides to take everyone, along with Marius' family, back to Hadrian's Wall.

Along the journey, Guinevere tells Arthur of the "fairy tales" she'd heard of him, and Arthur is revealed to be half Celt (on his mother's side). Arthur resets the fingers in Guinevere's hand. One night, Guinevere takes Arthur to meet with Merlin, the leader of the Woads and her father. At first, Arthur thinks Guinevere has betrayed him, but Merlin has come in peace. It is revealed in flashback that Arthur's mother had died in a Woad attack when he was a boy. Merlin says that he did not wish for Arthur's mother to die; she was of their blood, as is Arthur. Arthur's famous sword, Excalibur, is also shown to be hisfather's, which marked his father's burial mound. Arthur pulled it from his father's burial mound in an effort to rescue his mother from a burning building. Merlin suggests an alliance between the Woads and the Sarmatian knights.

Along the route one dawn, Marius forces a standoff with his own soldiers, taking the boy Lucan hostage. Guinevere uses a bow to shoot Marius dead; his guards stand down and aid the knights in getting all the people to the wall.

Struck by Rome leaving its subjects to the mercy of the Saxons, Arthur is further disillusioned when he learns that Bishop Pelagius, whose teachings about the equality of all men inspired the brotherhood of his Round Table, has been executed as a heretic by order of Bishop Germanus himself.

Tristan returns from scouting the area and tells Arthur that a whole Saxon army is on the move. The group soon encounter the Saxons at an ice-covered lake. The knights stay behind to hold up the Saxons and allow the refugees to escape. Greatly outnumbered, Arthur, Guinevere and the knights attempt to repel them with arrows; the battle is won when Dagonet runs to the middle of the ice and breaks it with an axe, at the cost of his life — however, many Saxons are killed.

In due course, Arthur and his remaining men forsake Roman citizenship and form an alliance with the Woads to fight the Saxons. In the climactic battle, the Battle of Badon Hill, the Woads catapult flaming missiles at the Saxon army, and when the hosts meet, Guinevere engages in combat with Cynric. Cerdic fights and kills Tristan before facing off with Arthur. Meanwhile, Cynric disarms Guinevere before Lancelot intervenes and duels Cynric alone. While another Saxon captures Lancelot's attention for a moment, Cynric shoots Lancelot with a Saxon crossbow. Lancelot then throws his sword into Cynric, killing him. Lancelot dies with Guinevere at his side. Arthur kills Cerdic, and the Saxons are defeated.

Though Arthur is victorious, the events of the film have led to the loss of his faith in Rome as a bastion of justice. After realizing that the Rome of his ideals exists only in his dreams, Arthur also despairs over the deaths of his men. The film ends with Arthur and Guinevere's marriage. Merlin then proclaims him to be their king. King Arthur, Queen Guinevere, and his remaining knights promise to lead the Britons, united with the defeat of the Saxons and retreat of the Romans, against future invaders. The last scene shows Lancelot, Dagonet and Tristan reincarnated as horses and roaming the lands freely, while Lancelot speaks of the fact that their names will live forever in legend

The Lake House DVDRip (2006)

It is a winter morning in 2006, and Dr. Kate Forster is leaving suburban Wisconsin, where she completed her residency, as she prepares to take a job at a busy Chicago hospital. She is reluctant to leave behind the refuge of the woods and the beautiful house she's been renting, an artfully designed home with glass walls that overlook a placid lake. As she goes, Kate leaves a note in the mailbox for the next tenant, asking whomever to forward her mail and pointing out that the paint-embedded paw prints on the walkway leading into the house and the box in the attic were already there when she arrived.

Alex Wyler is a talented but frustrated architect supervising the construction of cookie-cutter tract housing at a nearby site. He arrives at the lake house and finds it neglected - and with no signs of paw prints anywhere. The house has special meaning for Alex, having been built by his estranged father, a celebrated architect who let his career grow at the expense of his family, and himself. Like Kate, Alex feels a sense of peace at the lake house and commits to restoring it. He doesn't think twice about Kate's note until days later when, as he paints the walkway's railings, a stray dog runs through his paint and leaves fresh paw prints right where Kate said they would be. Baffled, Alex writes her back, pointing out that the house was unoccupied before he came and wondering how she could have known about paw prints that weren't yet there. Kate, who just left the house a week earlier, imagines he is playing some kind of joke on her, and she fires back a curt reply. Just for argument's sake, she asks, what day is it there? "April 14th, 2004," Alex answers. But for Kate, it's April 14, 2006. The same day, two years apart.

As Kate and Alex continue their correspondence through the lake house's mystical mailbox, they confirm that they are, strange as it may seem, living two years apart, and each at a time in their lives when they're struggling to make a new start. Sharing this unusual bond, they reveal more of themselves to one another with each passing week. In one of her letters, Kate mentions a Jane Austen book, Persuasion, she had accidentally left at a train station in 2004. Alex goes to the station and finds it there on a bench. Seeing Kate for the first time as she boards the train, Alex keeps the book, deciding he will return it to her in person some day. Alex then sends Kate an annotated map of Chicago and invites her to take a walking tour of his favorite places one Saturday morning. Kate wishes they could spend time together and near the end of the tour she finds a message sprayed as graffiti on a wall: "Kate, I am here with you. Thank you for a lovely Saturday together." One day in 2004, while leaving work, Alex's dog runs away. Alex pursues and meets Morgan, Kate's boyfriend at the time, who invites Alex to Kate's surprise birthday party, not knowing that they have been writing. At the party he talks to Kate about the book and she summarizes it as being about two people who wait for each other. They dance and end up kissing which is witnessed by Morgan and Alex's girlfriend.

In later correspondence, Kate recriminates Alex for not saying anything but Alex rightly points out that she would not have known who he was. Determined to bridge the distance between them at last and unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary connection, they tempt fate by arranging to meet. Alex makes a reservation at Il Mare (Italian for "The Sea"), an elegant restaurant (whose name is an homage to the original Korean motion picture), for a date two years in Alex's future — but only a day away for Kate. When she shows up full of wonderful expectations for their dinner date she waits but Alex fails to appear. Kate is heartbroken and she begins to wonder if she has been making a mistake focusing so much of her emotional energy on a man who, in her time, had clearly moved on. She tells Alex about a day right after she left the lake house; an unusually warm Valentine's Day when she'd spent time with her mother in Daley Plaza and witnessed a terrible traffic accident and held a man who died in her arms. Life was too short, she now knew, to wait for what might be. She asks Alex not to contact her again, to "Let me let you go", and stops coming to the mailbox for his letters.

Alex decides to quit the lake house and move in with his brother in Chicago, leaving all of Kate's letters packed neatly in a box in the attic. The dog, Jack, runs away as Alex packs — only to appear at the side of Kate's old boyfriend Morgan, just after Alex passes along the house keys, reminding him of Kate’s wishes to one day live on the lake. The 2006 Kate renews her relationship with Morgan, and they live together in her Chicago apartment for over a year. One afternoon, irritated with his inattention and preoccupation with work, she walks into the bedroom, where a hollow-sounding area under a floorboard finally gets her attention. Stepping hard on one end, she pops the board loose, revealing a small package hidden underneath. It is the Jane Austen book (Persuasion) that Alex retrieved for her from the train station. He has left a flower marking a specific passage: "There could have been no two hearts so open, no tastes so similar, no feelings so in unison...." Kate holds the book to her heart. One unusually warm winter day, Alex and his brother leave their office, heading out to lunch. When Alex suggests they meet up after work for a beer, Henry reminds him that it's Valentine's Day and he has plans with his girlfriend. Valentine’s Day 2006 ... something clicks in Alex's memory and he takes off for the lake house.

For Kate, it’s Valentine's Day 2008, and she and Morgan arrange to meet at an architectural firm to review renovation plans for an old apartment she wants to buy. Morgan, unenthused about both the project and the idea of moving, has been so busy with work, he has forgotten to get Kate a Valentines card. After they meet with the architect, Kate notices an illustration hanging on the conference room wall - it's a drawing of the lake house. The young man explains that it was drawn by his brother Alex Wyler who, by coincidence, was killed in a traffic accident two years ago to the day. Kate quickly realizes why Alex never met her at the restaurant; he was the man who died in her arms in Daley Plaza. She rushes to the lake house, leaving a bewildered Morgan behind, and frantically writes a note for Alex. Don't go looking for her, she begs him. Wait for another two years and come to the lake house, instead. It is in this very note, in fact, that she first explicitly professes her love to him. She puts the note into the mailbox and raises the flag.

But Alex has gone off to find her - and sees her sitting there in Daley Plaza on that unseasonably mild Valentine's Day in 2006. As he seems about to step into the street, he raises his hand and rereads the note from Kate, begging him to wait for her. "I love you", she writes, "and it's taken me all this time to realize it but I love you". Alex wisely decides to remain on the sidewalk, splitting himself off from the original timeline. Kate falls to her knees, clutching onto the mailbox stand, sure she was too late, but then the mailbox flag slowly lowers - Alex has picked up her note. Soon she sees a vehicle arriving beyond the high grass and then a figure walking toward her on the gravel path, and it turns out to be Alex. "You waited!", she cries as they begin to kiss each other. And then they turn and, still huddled together, proceed up the wooden walkway toward the lakehouse.

Raizo (Rain) is raised by the Ozunu Clan to become one of the most lethal Special Ops ninja assassins in the world. As a child, Raizo experiences severe training under the guidance of his "father", Lord Ozunu (Sho Kosugi): he is whipped and/or cut whenever he fails and is encouraged to hurt his ninja kin for their training failures. The only kindness he ever receives is from a kunoichi (female ninja), Kiriko (Anna Sawai).

As they grow older, Kiriko and Raizo develop a romantic bond, however Kiriko's desire to leave the Ozunu Clan for freedom is greater.

One stormy night, Kiriko decides to escape from the clan. She encourages Raizo to join her, but he decides to stay. They kiss and she then climbs over the wall to freedom; only to be caught and brought back by her ninja kin. Branded as a traitor, Kiriko is executed (a katana through her heart) by her elder ninja brother Takeshi (Rick Yune). As a result of Kiriko's death, Raizo begins to harbor resentment and doubt towards the clan.

After completing his first assassination, Raizo is instructed by Lord Ozunu to execute an escaped kunoichi like Kiriko. He rebels against his master by slashing his face with a kyoketsu shoge and fights against his ninja kin. Barely surviving, he escapes by falling into a nearby river. Raizo recovers and begins to intervene in Ozunu hits by foiling their attempts.

While staying in Berlin and waiting for Ozunu's next move, Raizo rents a small apartment where he secretly continues to refine his training until it is time to act.

Meanwhile, Europol agent Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris) has been investigating money linked to political murders and finds that it is potentially linked to the Ozunu Clan. She defies her superior, Ryan Maslow (Ben Miles), and retrieves secret agency files to find out more. The clan, finding out about the investigation, attempts to assassinate her but she is rescued by Raizo.

Mika convinces Raizo to meet with Maslow for protection and to provide evidence against the ninja clan, but Raizo is intercepted by a task force for interrogation. Mika feels betrayed that Maslow would trick her that way, but Maslow secretly assures Mika that he is still on her side and gives her a tracking device for emergencies. While Mika warns Maslow of the dangers of keeping Raizo, the Ozunu ninja infiltrate their secret base and slaughter all the officers.

Mika frees Raizo and he lures the ninja away as Mika tries to escape. Raizo kills and fends off as many ninja as he can while Takeshi continues to trail him. He and Mika manage to escape but Raizo suffers mortal wounds around his stomach. Resting in a private area, Mika implants the tracking device into Raizo. Unable to fend against the clan, she hides outside the hotel until special forces arrive to help her. By that time, the ninja have recovered Raizo and taken him back to their base, bringing him before Lord Ozunu for prosecution.

While hidden inside a steel locker Raizo uses his healing techniques to heal all major injuries before being reunited with his "father." Lord Ozunu decides to have Raizo executed as an example but is infuriated by Raizo's defiance to the end; Ozunu strikes against Raizo's internal organs, causing him to spit out the tracking device.

Europol Special Forces Counter-Terrorism tactical teams lead by Maslow storm the hidden Ozunu base and kill most of the ninja in the court yard. Takeshi and Raizo face each other in the burning Ozunu training hall. Raizo slays Takeshi and confronts Lord Ozunu in a sword duel. While Ozuno initially has the upper hand, Mika, fearing for Raizo's life, distracts and shoots Ozunu with her pistol.

Before Raizo can recover, Lord Ozunu stabs Mika in the heart. Emotionally ravaged, Raizo uses the 'shadow blending' technique for the first time and finishes off Ozunu. Mika, seemingly fatally wounded, is in fact saved by a quirk of birth: her heart is on the opposite side of her chest. Mika and Europol leave the destroyed Ozunu compound while Raizo stays behind. Symbolically, he climbs the same wall Kiriko did all those years ago and looks out at the surrounding countryside. Recognizing his freedom for the first time in years, Raizo smiles, ending the film.

In 1891 London, Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey, Jr.) and Dr. John Watson (Jude Law) race to prevent the ritual murder of a girl by Lord Blackwood (Mark Strong). They arrive just in time to stop Blackwood, with Holmes saving Watson from a hidden glass weapon. Inspector Lestrade (Eddie Marsan) and the police arrive to arrest Blackwood.

Three months later, Holmes is without a new case and has become bored (thus causing him to accept an invitation to a boxing match). Watson prepares to leave 221B Baker Street to establish his own business, and intends to marry Mary Morstan (Kelly Reilly). It is the day of Blackwood's execution and he requests Holmes' presence. He warns Holmes that three more deaths will occur after his execution that will change the very nature of their world. Blackwood is executed by hanging, and declared dead by Dr. Watson himself.

Irene Adler (Rachel McAdams) then appears on the scene — a woman master criminal who has twice outsmarted Holmes in the past, and who as the result the only one he had ever cared for. She asks Holmes to pursue a case of a missing red-haired midget by the name of Reordan[4], at the same time also letting Holmes know she has divorced her latest husband and inviting him to resume their old love affair. After her departure, Holmes disguises himself and follows, in order to discover the identity of her employer. The man is concealed by shadow and Holmes can only surmise that he is a professor from traces of chalk on his jacket.

Three days after Blackwood's execution, his tomb is found shattered from the inside out, and an eyewitness reports seeing Blackwood walking away. Holmes, Watson, and police Inspector Lestrade find Blackwood's coffin contains the body of the red-haired midget. Holmes takes a pocket watch from the corpse, identifies it as having come from a London pawn shop, and obtains an address for its owner from the business. At the midget's home, they discover several chemistry experiments. They fight three thugs, arsonists sent to destroy the evidence including the giant-like, French-speaking Dredger (Robert Maillet). Holmes chases and fights Dredger in a nearby shipyard, but during the fight a ship gets loose and nearly kills Holmes, sinking into the River Thames. Dredger escapes, Holmes and Watson are then arrested for property damage.

Watson is soon released on bail by Miss Morstan. Holmes is left in jail, until he is later taken to the Temple of the Four Orders, an occult-dabbling secret society. The leaders, Sir Thomas (James Fox) and Lord Coward (Hans Matheson), reveal Blackwood was a former member and plead for Holmes to help stop him. Holmes declines their generous offers of reward but continues to pursue the case on his own terms. Holmes deduces that Blackwood is the son of Sir Thomas, a secret which Sir Thomas confirms.

Two senior members of the order, Sir Thomas and Ambassador Standish, are killed by Blackwood, through apparently magical means, allowing Blackwood to assume control of the order. He plans to use the Order's power to push for Britain to retake the United States, weakened by civil war. Lord Coward has been in league with Blackwood all along, Blackwood orders him to issue a warrant for Holmes' arrest.

Holmes and Watson follow clues to an industrial slaughterhouse, where they are taunted by Blackwood and forced to rescue Adler from a deadly conveyor belt trap. Watson chases after Blackwood but is caught by a tripwire, setting off an explosion; Watson warns them but is badly injured himself. Holmes learns he is wanted by the police and goes into hiding. He realizes that Blackwood is conducting a ritual based on the sphinx, with the three murdered men tied to three of the mythical creature's animal constituents: man, ox, and eagle. Holmes deduces the fourth symbol the lion, represents the British Parliament. Holmes allows Lestrade to capture and bring him to the Home Secretary. Overconfident, Lord Coward reveals Blackwood's plan for to wipe out House of Lords. Holmes escapes, diving out the window into the river Thames, and is rescued by Watson and Adler in a boat.

The three enter the sewers beneath Parliament and discover a complex machine, based on the midget's experiments, with a radio-controller trigger to release a cyanide derivative into the Parliament chambers. They fight off Blackwood's men, and dislodge the cyanide cylinders from the machine. Adler grabs the cylinders and races away, followed by Holmes.

The film's climax takes place on the unfinished Tower Bridge.

Blackwood and Coward realize their plan has failed and attempt to escape. Blackwood manages to get away but Coward is unable to leave. Holmes confronts Adler on top of Tower Bridge, still under construction, she has nowhere to run. Blackwood arrives, knocking Adler to a lower platform, where she lies unconscious. Holmes tricks Blackwood into becoming entangled in the ropes and chains, and Blackwood is left hanging precariously over the Thames while Holmes recounts that all of Blackwood's "mystical" acts were simply applications of science and trickery. Holmes intends for Blackwood to stand trial and be appropriately executed but a loose beam falls off the rafter supports, causing Blackwood to plummet off the bridge and be hanged by the chains.

Holmes helps Adler recover, though he handcuffs her. She explains that her employer is "Professor Moriarty", warning Holmes that Moriarty "is just as brilliant as he is, and infinitely more devious". Holmes replies, "We'll see about that." Holmes drops the key to the cuffs in Adler's shirt and leaves her, returning to Watson. The police arrive to report a dead officer found near Blackwood's device, and Holmes deduces that chasing Adler and fighting Blackwood was a diversion by Moriarty, who used the distraction to take a key component of Blackwood's remote control device from the machine. Holmes accepts the case.

It is the year 2154 on Pandora, a lush, Earth-like moon of the planet Polyphemus[24] in the Alpha Centauri star system.[5] The RDA corporation is mining a valuable mineral called unobtanium. Parker Selfridge (Giovanni Ribisi) heads the mining operation, which employs the military for security. Pandora's atmosphere is toxic to humans, forcing them to use breathing masks.

Pandora is inhabited by the Na'vi, a ten-foot-tall blue-skinned species of sapient humanoids,[25] who live in harmony with nature, worshiping a mother goddess called Eywa. To facilitate relations with the Na'vi and research of Pandora's biosphere, scientists grow Na'vi-human hybrids called avatars, controllable via mental link by genetically matching humans.[26] Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), a paraplegic former Marine, replaces his twin brother, a scientist trained as an avatar operator but murdered in a robbery. Dr. Grace Augustine (Sigourney Weaver), head of the Avatar Program, considers Sully an inadequate replacement for his brother and assigns him as a bodyguard.

As Grace, anthropologist Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) and Jake collect biological samples and data in the forest in their avatar forms, a thanator's attack separates Jake from the group. Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), a female Na'vi, rescues Jake lost in the forest and brings him to Hometree, the habitat for her clan, the Omaticaya. Neytiri's mother Mo'at (C. C. H. Pounder), the clan's spiritual leader, shows interest in the "warrior dreamwalker" and instructs her daughter to teach Jake their ways.

RDA's head of security colonel Miles Quaritch (Stephen Lang) promises Jake restorative treatment for his paraplegia in exchange for intelligence that would enable RDA to vacate Hometree of the Na'vi and get access to the unobtainium beneath it. As Jake starts delivering information to Quaritch, Grace becomes suspicious and relocates herself, Jake and Norm to a remote outpost with avatar link units. Over three months, Jake grows close to Neytiri and the Omaticaya, eventually rejecting RDA's agenda. After Jake is initiated into the Omaticaya, he and Neytiri choose each other as mates. Jake reveals his change of allegiance when he disables a bulldozer as it destroys the tribe's Tree of Voices. Quaritch presents Selfridge with Jake's video diary, in which Jake admits that the Omaticaya will never abandon Hometree. Selfridge orders Hometree destroyed.

Despite Grace's argument that the destruction of Hometree could affect the bio-botanical neural network that Pandoran organisms are connected to, Selfridge gives Jake and Grace one hour to convince the Na'vi to leave Hometree. Jake reveals his original mission to the Omaticaya, and Neytiri accuses him of betrayal. Jake and Grace's avatars are taken captive. Quaritch's forces destroy Hometree, killing Neytiri's father, the clan chief Eytucan (Wes Studi), and many others. Jake, Grace and Norm are imprisoned for betraying the RDA. Trudy Chacón (Michelle Rodriguez), a security force pilot disgusted with Quaritch's methods, breaks them out, flies them to the outpost and helps relocate it. During the escape Quaritch shoots Grace, seriously wounding her.

To regain the Omaticaya's trust, Jake tames a Toruk, a powerful flying predator that only five Na'vi have ever tamed. Jake finds the Omaticaya at the sacred Tree of Souls and pleads with Mo'at to heal Grace. The clan attempts to transfer Grace from her dying human body into her unconscious avatar with the aid of the Tree, but she succumbs to her injuries before the transfer is complete. Mo'at declares that "she is with Eywa now".

Assisted by Neytiri and the new leader of the Omaticaya Tsu'Tey (Laz Alonso), Jake unites thousands of warriors from many Na'vi clans in a bid to repel the humans. Jake prays to Eywa, via neural connection to the Tree of Souls, to intercede on behalf of the Na'vi in the coming battle. Quaritch notes the mobilization of the Na'vi and convinces Selfridge to authorize a preemptive strike on the Tree of Souls, reckoning that the destruction of this hub of Na'vi religion and culture will demoralize them into submission.

As the security forces attack, the Na'vi retaliate but suffer heavy casualties, including Tsu'Tey and Trudy. The Pandoran wildlife suddenly joins the attack on the corporation's forces, overwhelming them, an event that Neytiri interprets as Eywa answering Jake's prayer. Jake destroys the bomber before it can reach the Tree of Souls. Quaritch finds and attacks the avatar link unit where Jake's human body is located, exposing Jake to Pandora's atmosphere. Neytiri kills Quaritch and saves Jake. With the attack repelled, Neytiri and Jake reaffirm their love as she sees his human body for the first time.

Selfridge and the remaining corporate personnel are expelled from Pandora, while Jake, Norm, and other scientists are allowed to remain. Jake is seen wearing the insignia of the Omaticaya leader. The clan performs the ritual that permanently transfers Jake from his human body into his Na'vi avatar.

During the Chipmunks' benefit concert in Paris, France, David Seville (Jason Lee) is badly injured after a falling billboard sends him flying across the stage into electric devices. After the accident, he is rushed to the hospital. Although he survives, he must stay to recuperate. He tells Alvin (voiced by Justin Long), Simon (voiced by Matthew Gray Gubler), and Theodore (voiced by Jesse McCartney) that while he is away, he has asked his Aunt Jackie to look after the Chipmunks, and that he has also made arrangements for them to go to school. They head to the airport, where the Chipmunks meet up with Jackie, who introduces her grandson Toby (Zachary Levi). After Jackie falls down a staircase and a luggage trolley crashes into her, she too is sent to a hospital, leaving Toby in charge.

Meanwhile,Ian Hawke (David Cross), former manager, now lives in the basement of Jett Records.A FedEx truck comes around the corner and a package falls out. Three singing female chipmunks, Brittany (voiced by Christina Applegate), Jeanette (voiced by Anna Faris), and Eleanor (voiced by Amy Poehler),who call themselves the Chipettes, emerge from the package and introduce themselves to Ian. Brittany says that since Ian made the Chipmunks stars, they want to be stars too. To prove their talent, they sing "Put Your Records On" and Ian hires them.

The tension between Alvin and Simon builds as Alvin hangs out with the jocks of the school, but the one who is most affected is Theodore who believes he is losing his brothers because they are fighting all the time.

The Chipmunks meet the Chipettes and gains crushes for their counterparts, but are soon forced to have a rivalry after discovering that they are with Ian. The Chipmunks and the Chipettes compete against each other in a Battle of the Bands. During lunchtime, Alvin meets up with Brittany, sharing a slightly romantic moment with her until he warns her about what Ian did to him and his brothers, but Brittany does not believe him. At the concert, the Chipettes sing "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)". Ian videotapes the Chipettes performance and posts it on YouTube, along with his phone number. The Chipettes win the competition and Ian became rich and famous again after Simon and Theodore forfeit the competition because Alvin failed to show up. Alvin later shows up only to see that everyone's gone. When Alvin returns home, Simon and Theodore pretend they're sleeping and ignore him. The embarrassment is too much for Theodore to take so he runs away to the zoo. When Toby and the boys find him and save him from an eagle, it brings out the best in all four of them and the Chipmunks all forgive each other and go back to "One for all, and three for one."

Soon, the Chipettes are hired as the opening act at a Britney Spears concert at the Staples Center. Unfortunately, the concert is on the same night as the school concert, so Ian decides to blow off the battle and make the Chipettes perform at the concert. However, since he focuses on Brittany the most, he wants her to perform onstage alone while Jeanette and Eleanor sing backup. Brittany refuses to sing without her sisters. So Ian threatens to barbecue them at a restaurant if they don't. At the school, Alvin gets a phone call from Brittany, saying that she and her sisters have been imprisoned in a cage. Alvin races to save them on his motorbike while Simon tells Jeanette how to open the cage on the phone. The Chipettes escape the cage, climb out of the limo, and jump onto Alvin's bike. While being chased, Brittany apologizes to Alvin for ignoring him about Ian. Ian pursues them with a remote control helicopter, but they leap off the motorbike and grab onto the helicopter. Jeanette snatches the remote and steers the helicopter away from Ian while the motorbike drives straight into Ian's groin. Simon and Theodore are about to forfeit the concert again, but Alvin and the Chipettes fly into the hall on the helicopter and sing We Are Family. Dave then comes back and watches them perform, along with Toby. At the Staples Center, Ian dresses up as Brittany wearing a wig with chipmunk ears and two sock puppets while he sings Single Ladies badly, only to be booed at the crowd and taken away by the security guards. The Chipmunks and Chipettes sing Shake your Groove Thing. The Chipmunks go back home with Dave while Toby goes back home. The Chipettes are adopted into the family and sleep at the boys' house at their request. When Daves wishes them good night and then turning the lights off, Alvin turns them back on repeatedly. After Dave trips over a skateboard, Alvin wishes him good night and turns the lights off.

The post credits show the jocks cleaning breaches with Dr. Rubin watching them.

An epilogue shows Ian being thrown into a dumpster backstage by the guards.

The game is set in an alternate 1989 in which the Soviet Politburo elects to take military action to preserve the crumbling Soviet Union, rather than see it fall apart. Their plan was to blackmail Western Europe to get the needed aid, but, failing to achieve this diplomatically, the Soviet Union invades Western Europe.

The battleship USS Missouri aids the player's Battalion during the Battle for Pine Valley.

The player assumes the role of First Lieutenant Parker, a United States Army officer under the command of Colonel Sawyer. At the time of his introduction Parker was on leave in Seattle when a camouflaged Soviet amphibious assault force launches a surprise invasion of the city. A combination of regular U.S. Army and National Guard soldiers engage the invading Soviet forces in an effort to buy time for the local civilians to evacuate before retreating south toward Pine Valley, Washington. Here, elements of the 5th Battalion under the command of Colonel Sawyer make a stand, and with the aid of the battleship Missouri ultimately force the Soviets to halt their invasion and tighten their defensive lines. During this brief respite Sawyer's battalion is reinforced by Oregon National Guardsmen under the command of Colonel Wilkins.

After a month of consolidation, the Soviet invaders renew their expansion, heading east into the Cascade Mountains towards Fort Teller in order to disable the United States' Strategic Defense Initiative. While the project was a bluff, the threat of its existence has thus far kept the Soviet Union from launching a nuclear strike, and thus the defense of the facility takes top priority. Sawyer and Wilkins engage in a series of delaying battles while en route to the Fort, with Sawyer electing to make a stand in Cascade Falls, Washington. At first the stand appears to work, but when overwhelming Soviet forces enter the area the Americans are forced to resort to nuclear weaponry to stop the Soviets, leaving a group of volunteers lead by the disgraced Captain Bannon behind to pin down the Soviet ground troops while a tactical nuclear missile is fired at the town; upon its arrival and detonation the nuke annihilates the town, the Soviet invaders, and Bannon's volunteers. Before the missile goes off, Bannon apologizes to Sawyer for his conduct; Sawyer says there is no need for an apology and that he was humbled to have served with him.

The game then flashes back to the outbreak of the war, in the process revealing that diplomats from both sides had labored for a month to prevent the outbreak of the war and had ultimately failed. The game then shows Parker's service in France, in the Soviet Union, where he and the battalion are able to destroy several Soviet submarines tied up at Murmansk, and fighting off a limited invasion of New York City by Soviet Spetsnaz, centered around Liberty Island, Ellis Island and Governors Island. In the latter scenario, the Soviets intend to store chemical weapons inside the Statue of Liberty and release them over Manhattan. Sawyer is forced to call in an air strike that would certainly annihilate the Statue, but thanks to Parker's effective assault Liberty Island is retaken and the strike is called off, saving the icon from destruction by American forces.

After the flashback, the game returns to the sequence of events after the destruction of Cascade Falls. As the scattered remnants of the U.S. Army defenders from Cascade Falls attempt to regroup and reorganize the United States receives word that the People's Republic of China has entered the war on the Soviet side. Chinese troops occupy Mongolia and launch attacks into Taiwan, South Korea and India; additionally, the People's Liberation Army Navy sends an invasion fleet to reinforce the Soviet beachhead in Seattle. After mulling over the available options the President orders the surviving U.S. Army units from the attack on Cascade Falls to attack Seattle, and as a back up plan orders a nuclear strike against Seattle should the attempt to recapture the city fail. Prior to liberating Seattle, Parker and the battalion are first ordered to retake several islands in Puget Sound that have captured anti-ship missile launchers that they can use, should the Chinese get into the Sound before they try to recapture the city. In the final series of missions Parker's commander, desperate to avoid "...another Cascade Falls" on a much bigger scale, orders his forces into a desperate attack aimed at breaking through the Soviet lines to reach Seattle and destroy the heavily fortified Soviet headquarters before the Chinese land. The Americans manage to retake Seattle from the Soviets before the Chinese fleet arrives, thus delivering a decisive blow to the Chinese as they lack the material to launch an amphibious assault. Consequently, the Chinese fleet turns back to China.

The game concludes with a statement that Parker may be called upon to fight later on.

Penelope Wilhern is a young woman from a well-bred and wealthy family with all the qualities to make an excellent match for any other well-bred man of her status. However, the one thing that sets her apart is her face, which, in fact, resembles that of a pig. This was a curse set on her family generations ago, and the only way to break the curse is for one of her kind to accept her for what she is.

Generations ago, an embittered witch placed a curse on the Wilhern family because their son had impregnated her daughter, one of their servants. The son offered marriage but his family refused and married him off to another. The witch's daughter, overwrought, threw herself off a cliff. The witch cursed the Wilherns in such a way that would result in the next girl born into the clan having the face of a pig. For generations, only sons were born into the family, until five generations later when Penelope (Christina Ricci) was born, stricken with the curse. It is said that the curse can only be lifted if one of her own learns to love her, which is interpreted by her parents to mean a blueblood -- a person from an established noble family.

When a tabloid reporter named Lemon (Peter Dinklage) begins stalking the family to get a photograph of the infant Penelope, her parents, Jessica (Catherine O'Hara) and Franklin (Richard E. Grant) fake their daughters death and then hide their daughter away in their mansion, where Penelope spends her life immersing herself in intellectual pursuits such as literature, horticulture and music. Now an adult, Penelope's parents attempt to introduce her to possible rich suitors, hoping that one of them will fall in love with her and break the curse. Unfortunately, every man who lays eyes on the girl takes flight at first sight, never to return, including Edward Humphrey Vanderman III (Simon Woods), a spoiled, cruel-hearted snob who finds her repulsive.

Vanderman's panicked flight from the Wilhern house results in a newspaper article dubbing him unstable. To redeem his name, he teams up with Lemon and the team goes out to find someone who can get into the house for a picture. They mistakenly take Johnny Martin (James McAvoy), an unrepentant gambler with a heavy heart, for a distantly blue-blooded Max Campion (Nick Frost), who agrees to help Lemon and Vanderman snatch a photograph of her for money. When "Max" meets Penelope, however, he is unexpectedly caught off guard by her disarming charm, and decides to renege on his agreement with Lemon and Vanderman, realizing that their attempt to exploit Penelope is repugnant.

In the year 1899, Dr. Alexander Hartdegen (Pearce) is a young inventor teaching at Columbia University in New York City. Unlike his conservative friend David Philby (Addy), Alexander would rather do pure research than conform to a culture in which all men wear "identical bowler hats". After his sweetheart Emma (Guillory) is killed by a robber, he devotes himself to building a time machine in order to save her. When the machine is completed four years later, he travels back to 1899 and prevents her death by the robber, but now she is killed by a horse and carriage.

Seeing that one means of Emma's death has been replaced by another, Alexander goes to the year 2030 to find out whether her life can be saved. At the New York Public Library, he talks with Vox 114 (Jones), a holographic AI librarian, but finds no information on time travel. He then continues into the future until 2037, where detonations on the Moon are destroying the city. When he restarts the machine to avoid falling debris, he is knocked unconscious and travels to the year 802,701 before waking up.

At this point in time, human civilization has reverted to a primitive lifestyle. The survivors, called "Eloi", live on the sides of cliffs on what remains of Manhattan. Alexander stops the time machine and is nursed back to health by a woman named Mara (Samantha Mumba), one of the few Eloi who speak English. One night, Alexander and Mara's young brother Kalen (Omero Mumba) dream of a frightening, jagged-toothed face, and the next day, the Eloi are attacked and Mara is dragged underground by ape-like monsters called "Morlocks" that hunt the Eloi for food. In order to rescue her, Kalen leads Alexander to Vox 114, which is still functioning.

After Vox tells Alexander how to find the Morlocks, he enters their underground realm through an opening that resembles the face in his nightmare, but he is captured and thrown into an area where Mara sits in a cage. There he meets an intelligent, humanoid Über-Morlock (Irons), who explains that Morlocks are the evolutionary descendants of the humans who stayed underground after the Moon broke apart, while Eloi are evolved from those who remained on the surface. Über-Morlocks are a caste of telepaths who rule the monsters that prey on Eloi.

Meanwhile, the Morlocks have brought the time machine underground. After the Über-Morlock explains that Alexander cannot alter Emma's fate because her death is what drove him to build the time machine in the first place, Alexander gets into the machine to return home. However, he suddenly pulls the Über-Morlock into the machine, which carries them into the future as they fight. The Über-Morlock dies by rapidly aging when Alexander pushes him outside of the machine's sphere of influence. Alexander then stops in the year 635,427,810, revealing a harsh, rust-colored sky over a wasteland of Morlock caves.

Finally accepting that he cannot save Emma, Alexander travels back to rescue Mara. After freeing her, he starts the time machine and jams its gears, creating a violent distortion in time. Alexander and Mara escape to the surface as a huge explosion destroys the Morlocks and their caves. With the time machine gone, Alexander begins a new life with Mara and the Eloi. The film ends with two scenes in the same location displayed in parallel: While Alexander shows Mara and Kalen a field that was once his home, Philby and Alexander's housekeeper sadly discuss his absence and Philby throws away his own bowler hat.

King Harold (John Cleese) is dying and his ogre son-in-law Shrek (Mike Myers) and daughter Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) are next in line to be King and Queen of Far Far Away. Shrek insists that an ogre as king is a bad idea and that there has to be someone else for the job. Before dying, Harold tells Shrek that there is another heir: his nephew, Arthur Pendragon (Justin Timberlake). Shrek, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) set out to retrieve Arthur. As they're sailing away, Fiona announces to Shrek that she is pregnant. Shrek begins having nightmares about his future children.

The trio journey to Worcestershire Academy, an elite boarding school, where they discover that Arthur ("Artie", as he prefers to be called) is a scrawny 16-year old underachiever picked on by everyone.

At the school pep rally Shrek tells Artie he's going to be king of Far Far Away. Artie is excited until Donkey and Puss inadvertently scare him by talking about the responsibilities of being king while they're sailing home. Panicked, Artie tries to take control of the ship and crashes it on an island where they meet Artie's retired wizard teacher, Merlin (Eric Idle).

Meanwhile, a vengeful Prince Charming (Rupert Everett) has gone to the Poison Apple tavern, where he encounters fairy tale villains including Captain Hook (Ian McShane), the Evil Queen (Susanne Blakeslee), a Cyclops (Mark Valley), Rumpelstiltskin (Conrad Vernon), Mabel the Ugly Stepsister (talk show host Regis Philbin), the Headless Horseman (Conrad Vernon), Stromboli the Puppet Master (Chris Miller), and an assortment of outlaws, black knights, pirates, malevolent trees, and witches. Although they initially despise Charming, he persuades them to fight for their "happily ever after".

Charming and the other villains invade the kingdom and attack the castle. They capture Gingerbread Man (Conrad Vernon), Pinocchio (Cody Cameron), The Big Bad Wolf (Aron Warner), and The Three Little Pigs (Cameron), Dragon, and Donkey and Dragon's children. Fiona and Lilian (Julie Andrews) try escaping along with Doris the Ugly Stepsister (Larry King), Cinderella (Amy Sedaris), Snow White (Amy Poehler), Sleeping Beauty (Cheri Oteri) and Rapunzel (Maya Rudolph); the ladies are captured when Rapunzel betrays them because she is in love with Charming.

Captain Hook and his pirates track Shrek and company to Merlin's island, where they attempt to capture Shrek and kill the others. Shrek and Artie send the villains running, but not before Hook mentions Charming and the takeover of Far Far Away. Concerned for his wife and future children, Shrek urges Artie to return to the safety of Worcestershire. However, Artie cons Merlin into coming out of retirement long enough to use his magic to send them all to Far Far Away; the spell works, but accidentally causes Puss and Donkey to switch bodies. They find Charming bent on revenge against Shrek for 'stealing' his "happily ever after," and learn that he plans to kill Shrek in a play that night. Charming's men arrive shortly, but Artie tricks the knights into not taking them into custody. They break into the castle during rehearsals for the play. In Charming's dressing room, Shrek menaces Charming but Charming summons his men, who take the four captive.

Charming prepares to kill Artie, believing he's the next king. To save Artie's life, Shrek tells Charming that Artie was just a pawn to take his place as King of Far Far Away. Charming believes Shrek and decides not to kill Artie, who runs away. Donkey and Puss are imprisoned with Fiona and the other ladies, where Fiona grows frustrated with their lack of initiative. Queen Lilian smashes the stone wall of the prison by head butting the walls. While the women launch a rescue mission for Shrek, Donkey and Puss free Gingy, Pinocchio, the wolf and pigs, Dragon, and the Dronkeys. They encounter Artie, and Puss and Donkey explain to him that Shrek lied so Charming wouldn't kill him.

Charming stages a musical theatrical performance in which he rides to rescue Rapunzel in a (fake) tower. The chained Shrek wins the audience's support by ridiculing Charming's acting. Just as Charming is about to kill Shrek, Princess Fiona and her friends, along with Puss, Donkey and the fairy tale characters confront the villains. However, the villains outnumber the heroes and regain control of the situation. Artie arrives and convinces the villains to turn over a new leaf.

Charming, furious at being thwarted, lunges for Artie with his sword. Shrek blocks the blow and Charming lunges at him. He informs Charming that he missed and that he needs to keep looking for his own happily ever after. As Shrek pushes Charming aside, Dragon knocks over Rapunzel's tower. Charming is killed when the tower lands him as he utters his last word (which is "Mommy"). With Charming dead, Shrek tells Artie that the throne is his if he wants it. Artie chooses to become king. While the kingdom celebrates, Merlin restores Puss and Donkey to their proper bodies, accidentally switching their tails. Shrek retires with Fiona to their swamp, becoming the parents of ogre triplets.

When Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) and Fiona (voiced by Cameron Diaz) come back from their honeymoon, they find an invitation to a royal ball with Fiona's parents to celebrate their marriage, an event Shrek is reluctant to participate in. Fiona talks him into it, and along with Donkey (voiced by Eddie Murphy), they travel to the kingdom of Far Far Away. They meet Fiona's parents, King Harold and Queen Lillian (voiced by John Cleese and Julie Andrews), who are surprised and repulsed by Fiona's choice of husband (particularly the King himself), since they had arranged that Prince Charming rescue her from the castle but now they see that her husband is an ogre.

At a shared meal, Shrek and Harold get into a heated argument over how Shrek and Fiona will raise their family, and Fiona, disgusted at Shrek and her father's behavior, locks herself away in her room that evening, where she meets her Fairy Godmother (voiced by Jennifer Saunders), who is also surprised at Fiona's new looks. Shrek worries that he has lost his true love, particularly after finding her childhood diary and reading that she was once infatuated with Prince Charming (voiced by Rupert Everett).

King Harold is accosted by the Fairy Godmother and Charming, her son. The two retell the Prince's adventures and how he overcame many obstacles and climbed a high tower in order to rescue Fiona, finding instead a cross-dressing wolf. They reprimand Harold for breaking an old promise that Charming would be able to marry Fiona and demand that he find a way to get rid of Shrek. Harold arranges for Shrek and Donkey to join him on a fictitious hunting trip, which really is a trap to lure the two into the hands of an assassin, Puss in Boots (voiced by Antonio Banderas).

When Fiona realizes that Shrek left, she asks her father for help, but he replies that he always wanted the best for her and that she should better think about what is the best for her, too. Puss is unable to defeat Shrek and, revealing that he was paid by Harold, asks to come along as a way to make amends. The three sneak into the Fairy Godmother's potion factory and steal a "Happily Ever After" potion that Shrek believes will restore Fiona's love for him.

Shrek and Donkey both drink the potion and fall into a deep sleep, awakening the next morning to discover its effects: Shrek is now a handsome human, while Donkey has turned into a stallion. In order to make the change permanent, Shrek must kiss Fiona by midnight. He, Donkey, and Puss return to the castle to discover that the potion has also transformed Fiona back into her former, human self. However, the Fairy Godmother, having learned of the potion's theft, intercepts Shrek and sends Charming to pose as him and win her love. At the Fairy Godmother's urging, Shrek leaves the castle, believing that the best way to make Fiona happy is to let her go.

To ensure that Fiona falls in love with Charming, the Fairy Godmother gives Harold a love potion to put into Fiona's tea. But Harold replies that it's not possible to make his daughter fall in love in this way. This exchange is overheard by Shrek, Donkey, and Puss, who are soon arrested by the royal guards and thrown into a dungeon. While the royal ball begins, several of Shrek's friends band together to free the trio and create a gigantic gingerbread man (whose name is Mongo), which breaks through the castle's defenses so Shrek can stop Charming from kissing Fiona, but Mongo is presumably killed when his legs break and he crumbles apart in the moat with Gingy devastated. Shrek finds he is too late to stop them; instead of falling in love with Charming, though, Fiona knocks him out with a headbutt. Harold reveals that he never gave Fiona the love potion, whereupon the Fairy Godmother attacks Shrek. In the ensuing melee, a spell from her wand, presumably to kill Shrek, rebounds off Harold's armor, when he commits self-sacrifice to save Shrek, and disintegrates the Fairy Godmother; it also returns Harold to his true form, that of the Frog Prince. Lilian had been the princess who kissed him and turned him into a human.

As the clock strikes midnight, Shrek and Fiona let the potion's effects wear off and they revert to their ogre selves, while Donkey changes back as well. Harold gives his blessing to the marriage and apologizes for his earlier behavior; the party resumes and the credits begin as they sing "Livin' La Vida Loca". They are interrupted by a brief after-party scene in which the Dragon, who had romanced Donkey in the first film, arrives and reveals that they now have several dragon-donkey hybrid, or "Dronkey", babies.

Shrek (Mike Myers), a green ogre that has always enjoyed living in peaceful solitude in his swamp, finds his life disrupted when numerous fairytale beings, including Pinocchio, the Three Little Pigs, and Donkey (Eddie Murphy), are forced into the swamp by order of Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow), who is obsessed by many things, including having a perfectly clean and normal realm and his short size.

Shrek decides to travel the country to see Farquaad to try to regain his privacy, with Donkey tagging along. Meanwhile, Farquaad tortures the Gingerbread Man into revealing the whereabouts of the remaining fairytale creatures until his guards rush in with an object Farquaad has been searching for: the Magic Mirror. The Mirror tells him that Farquaad technically isn't a king and doesn't become one until he marries a princess. The Mirror gives him three princesses to choose from including Cinderella, Snow White, and Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz). Farquaad chooses Fiona and silences the Mirror before he can mention "the little thing that happens at night". The two make it to Farquaad's palace in Duloc, where they find themselves in the midst of a tournament; the winner will have the "privilege" of attempting to rescue Fiona from a castle surrounded by lava and protected by a fire-breathing dragon so that Farquaad may marry her. Shrek and Donkey easily beat the other knights, and Farquaad agrees to remove the fairytale creatures from the swamp if Shrek goes on to rescue Fiona.

Shrek and Donkey travel to the castle and split up to find Fiona. Donkey encounters the dragon and sweet-talks the beast to save himself before discovering that the dragon is female. Dragon takes a liking to Donkey and carries him to her chambers. When Shrek finds Fiona, she is appalled at his lack of romanticism. As they are leaving, Shrek manages to save Donkey, caught in Dragon's tender love, and causing her to become irate, chasing Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey out of the castle. At first, Fiona is thrilled to be rescued but quickly becomes disappointed when she finds out that Shrek is an ogre. The three make their return journey to Farquaad's palace, with Shrek and Fiona finding they have more in common with each other along the way, and falling in love. However, at night, Fiona refuses to camp with them, taking shelter in a nearby cave until morning. Shrek and Donkey stay awake and watch the stars while Shrek informs Donkey that he plans to build a wall around his swamp when he returns. When Donkey persists as to why Shrek would do this, Shrek tells him that everyone judges him before they know him, therefore he is better off alone.

The next night, Fiona takes shelter in a nearby windmill. When Donkey hears strange noises coming from the windmill, he finds Fiona has turned into an ogress. Fiona explains she was cursed as a child and turns into an ogre every night, which is why she was locked away in the castle, and that only a kiss from her true love will return her to her proper form. Shrek, about to confess his feelings for Fiona, overhears part of their conversation, and misinterprets her disgust at her transformation into an "ugly beast" to be disgusted with him. Fiona makes Donkey promise not to tell Shrek about the spell, vowing to do it herself, but when the next morning comes, Shrek has brought Lord Farquaad to Fiona. The two return to the castle, while a hurt Shrek returns to the now-vacated swamp.

Shrek finds that despite his privacy, he is miserable and misses Fiona. Donkey shows up to tell him that Fiona will be getting married shortly, urging Shrek into action to gain Fiona's true love. They are able to travel to Duloc quickly thanks to Dragon, who had escaped her confines and followed Donkey. They interrupt the wedding before Farquaad can kiss Fiona, but not before the sun sets, which causes Fiona to turn into an ogress in front of everyone. While her transformation causes Shrek to fully understand what he overheard at the windmill. Farquaad, disgusted over the change, orders Shrek killed and Fiona imprisoned, but Dragon bursts in and devours Farquaad. Shrek and Fiona admit their love for each other and share a kiss; Fiona is bathed in light as her curse is broken, but is surprised to find that she has remained an ogress. Shrek calms her by assuring her that she is still beautiful. The two of them get married in the swamp and depart on their honeymoon while the rest celebrate by singing "I'm a Believer".

The Band of Brothers miniseries details, if at times exaggerated or condensed, the real-life exploits of Easy Company during the Second World War over the course of ten episodes, starting with their jump training at the Currahee training site in Toccoa, Georgia and ending with the capitulation of Germany. The experiences of Major Richard Winters (1918–) are a primary focus, as he attempts to keep his men together and safe. While the series stars a large ensemble cast, episodes generally feature one character prominently, following their particular actions during certain events (for example, the Siege of Bastogne and Operation Market Garden).

As the series is based on real-life events, the fate of the characters is the same as their real world counterparts. Numerous characters either die or sustain injuries, some of which lead to them being sent home or escaping from the hospital to rejoin their comrades at the battlefront. The experiences and the moral, mental, and physical hurdles the soldiers must overcome are central to the story.

When a naïve young Dorian (Ben Barnes) arrives in Victorian London, he is swept into a social whirlwind by the charismatic Lord Henry Wotton (Colin Firth), who introduces Dorian to the hedonistic pleasures of the city. Henry's friend, society artist Basil Hallward (Ben Chaplin), paints a portrait of Dorian to capture the full power of his youthful beauty. When the portrait is unveiled, Dorian makes a flippant pledge: he would give anything to stay as he is in the picture — even his soul.

Dorian meets and falls in love with young budding actress Sibyl Vane (Rachel Hurd-Wood). After a few weeks, he proposes marriage to her, but after Henry tells Dorian that having children is "the beginning of the end", Dorian and Sibyl argue and he leaves her; the next day he learns from her brother "Jim" (James) that she killed herself and that she was going to have Dorian's child before she did. His initial grief disappears as Henry persuades him that all events are mere experiences and without consequence, and his hedonistic lifestyle worsens, distancing him from a concerned Basil. Dorian goes home to find the portrait of himself warped and twisted and realises that his pledge has come true; while the portrait ages he remains ever-youthful, while his sins show as physical defects on the canvas. The chaos of the picture of Dorian Gray starts, leading to him actually killing Basil and dumping the body in the Thames after Basil sees the portrait.

Having left London to travel for some years, Dorian returns to find himself becoming close to Henry's daughter, Emily, a member of the suffragette movement, despite Henry's distaste for such a relationship based on Dorian's lifestyle. Although Dorian appears genuinely interested in changing his ways as he spends time with Emily, matters are complicated when he is confronted by Sibyl's brother James, seeking revenge for his sister's death; despite Dorian's attempts to drive off his suspicions by pointing out his apparent age, James nevertheless deduces Dorian's true identity, only to be killed in a fight in the underground. As Dorian makes arrangements to leave London with Emily, Henry's study of old photographs makes him realise how little Dorian has changed, prompting him to go to Dorian's house, where he discovers the portrait. In the subsequent confrontation between the two men, the portrait catches on fire, driving Dorian to send Henry and Emily out of the house as his years catch up with him, his last act being to stab the portrait.

A few months later, Henry is shown attempting to convince his ex-wife to allow him to talk to Emily, one side of his face badly burned by the fire, and the now-youthful portrait of Dorian Gray kept in his attic.

FL Studio is marketed with multiple versions, each representing a feature set at a specific price point. Basic features of FL Studio are available in the Express Edition, the use of which is reduced to a simple drum-machine. The Fruity, Producer, and XXL editions further introduce more features, such as the ability to use the DAW itself as a VST plugin. The most complete edition, XXL, comes with many bundled effects and synthesizers which Image-Line normally sells separately as VST plugins. However, following version 9.0 of FL Studio, the XXL edition was discontinued in favour of the Signature edition. Dalam sebuah buku berjudul Zhuan Falun tertulis, Kebajikan adalah terakumulasi dalam kehidupan sebelumnya, menjadi raja, pejabat, kaya dan kedudukan terhormat semua dihasilkan dari kebajikan. Tanpa kebajikan, tidak ada yang dapat diperoleh, kehilangan kebajikan berarti sirna segalanya. Oleh sebab itu, orang yang mengejar kekuasaan dan mencari kekayaan harus terlebih dahulu mengumpulkan kebajikan menanggung penderitaan dan melakukan perbuatan baik dapat mengumpulkan banyak kebajikan. Untuk itu haruslah mengerti prinsip sebab akibat, dengan memahami hal ini, maka pemerintah dan rakyat dapat mengendalikan hatinya masing-masing, dunia akan makmur dan damai.

Sebagai seorang yang berkultivasi, kebajikan adalah substansi putih yang benar-benar nyata, yang membawa berkah bagi seseorang. Karma hitam diperoleh ketika seseorang  melakukan hal-hal buruk dan ini akan membawa kemalangan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai guru harus mengikuti etika seorang guru, seorang pengusaha harus mengikuti etika berbisnis, seorang dokter harus mengikuti etika medis, seorang pejabat harus mengikuti  kode etik yang ada, dan sebagainya. Berikut ini adalah kisah tentang bagaimana seorang dokter terkenal bernama Mr. Wan Quan pada Dinasti Ming mengikuti etika medis dan melepaskan kebencian terhadap orang lain.

Mr. Wan Quan, dikenal juga sebagai Quanren dan Mizhai, adalah seorang dokter yang dihormati pada zaman Dinasti Ming. Ia lahir di Tahun Hongzhi ke-11 (1498 A.D.) (sekarang: Lotuian County, Provinsi Hubei). Tidak hanya sangat terampil  di bidang kedokteran, tapi juga mengikuti etika medis yang tinggi. Dia perhatian dan  pemaaf. Ketika ada orang yang mempunyai konflik dengannya dan orang ini sedang sakit, ia tetap berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk mengobati mereka, memperlakukan mereka sama seperti pasien yang lain.

Mr. Wan Quan mempunyai sebuah konflik ketika masih muda dengan sesama penduduk kota bernama Mr. Hu Yuanxi. Mr. Hu mempunyai anak berusia empat tahun yang sedang menderita penyakit batuk darah yang sulit disembuhkan. Selama delapan bulan, Mr. Hu membawa anaknya berobat ke banyak dokter, tetapi tak satu pun dari mereka bisa menyembuhkan anaknya. Mr. Hu tidak punya pilihan selain meminta bantuan Mr. Wan Quan.

Mengikuti prinsip-prinsip menyelamatkan orang lain, melepaskan kebencian dan persoalan di masa lalu, Mr. Wan segera mulai mengobati putra Mr. Hu. Setelah diagnosa  Mr. Wan mengatakan kepada Mr. Hu bahwa ia bisa menyembuhkan penyakit putranya, tapi membutuhkan waktu satu bulan. Setelah Mr. Wan memberikan lima dosis obat, anak Mr. Hu memperlihatkan peningkatan.

Namun, Mr. Hu Yuanxi khawatir Mr. Wan mungkin tidak mencoba sebaik-baiknya untuk mengobati anaknya disebabkan konflik mereka di masa lalu. Dia berpikir satu bulan adalah waktu yang lama dan itu menunjukkan Mr. Wan tidak benar-benar ingin membantunya, sehingga ia beralih ke dokter lain yaitu Mr. Wan Shao.

Beberapa orang berbicara dengan Mr. Wan Quan dan berkata, "Sejak Mr. Hu tidak ingin Anda mengobati putranya, sejak itu Anda seharusnya meninggalkannya sendirian dan tidak memperdulikanya. "Tapi Mr. Wan Quan menjawab, "Dia hanya memiliki satu anak. Tak seorang pun dapat menyembuhkan anaknya tetapi saya mampu menyembuhkanya. Jika saya pergi, Mr. Hu tidak akan datang untuk meminta bantuan lagi. Kemudian  anaknya akan berada dalam bahaya. Jika anaknya meninggal, meskipun saya tidak membunuhnya, tapi Saya tetap bertanggung jawab. "Jadi, ia berkata," Saya harus tinggal di sini melihat apa yang dokter lain lakukan. Jika apa yang mereka lakukan benar, saya akan pergi. Tetapi jika mereka melakukan sesuatu yang salah, saya akan berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk menghentikan mereka. Jika saya tidak bisa menghentikan mereka, maka saya akan pergi. "

Ketika Mr. Wan Quan melihat resep yang diberikan Mr. Wan Shao, ia tahu itu bukan resep yang sesuai untuk anak itu, ini bisa berbahaya jika anak itu mengambilnya, maka ia mengarahkan untuk tidak memakai resep itu. Namun, Wan Shao menolak untuk mendengarkan dan bersikeras bahwa resepnya benar. Mr. Wan Quan dengan serius mengatakan kepada Shao, "Saya tidak ada masalah dengan Anda. Saya hanya prihatin pada anak itu. "

Melihat tak seorang pun akan menerima saran yang dia berikan, Mr. Wan Quan memutuskan untuk pergi. Tetapi dia masih sangat khawatir dengan anak itu. Sebelum pergi, ia menyentuh kepala anak itu dengan lembut dan berkata kepada ayahnya, "Untuk permulaan biarkan dia mengambil dosis kecil dari obat baru dan Apa yang akan ia lakukan jika penyakitnya datang kembali? "

Setelah diberikan secangkir kecil obat, gejala anak itu kembali bahkan  lebih buruk daripada sebelumnya, persis seperti prediksi Mr. Wan Quan. Anak itu menangis, dan berkata " Obat Mr. Wan Quan lebih baik. Dokter baru mencoba meracuni saya."

Mr. Hu Yuanxi sangat menyesal dan pergi untuk meminta bantuan Mr. Wan Quan  lagi. Mr. Wan Quan tidak membiarkan pengobatan dan sikap Mr. Hu sebelumnya  mengganggu dirinya. Dia berkata kepada Mr. Hu, "Jika Anda mendengarkan saya sebelumnya, ini tidak akan terjadi. Sekarang jika Anda benar-benar ingin Saya mengobati anak Anda, Anda harus percaya pada Saya sepenuhnya. Tolong beri saya sebulan dan Saya akan merawatnya. "

Mr. Hu Yuanxi memberikan anaknya untuk dirawat oleh Mr. Wan Quan. hanya butuh waktu 17 hari untuk anak itu pulih sepenuhnya. Keluarga Mr. Hu sangat berterima kasih kepada Mr. Wan Quan.  (Erabaru)

Hailibu - Si Pemburu yang Baik Hati

Ada sebuah kisah rakyat Mongolia yang menarik untuk kita simak...

Pada jaman dahulu, di dataran padang rumput Mongolia, hiduplah seorang pemburu yang baik hati yang bernama Hailibu. Tiap selesai berburu, dia akan selalu membagikan daging-daging tersebut untuk penduduk desa yang lain dan dia hanya menyisakan sedikit bagian untuk dirinya sendiri. Perhatiannya un-tuk orang lain membuat dia begitu dihargai di desa itu.

Suatu hari, saat sedang berburu di dalam hutan, Hailibu mendengar suara tangisan dari langit. Sambil menatap ke atas, dia melihat seekor makhluk kecil yang ditangkap oleh seekor burung Hering yang amat besar. Dengan cepat, dia mengarahkan busur panahnya ke arah predator tersebut. Karena terkena bidikan panah tersebut, si burung raksasa melepaskan mangsanya.

Hailibu menatap ke arah makhluk aneh tersebut yang memiliki tubuh menyerupai seekor ular. Dan berkata,"Makhluk yang menyedihkan (kasihan), cepat pulanglah." Makhluk itu menjawab, "Wahai pemburu yang baik, saya sangat berterima kasih karena anda telah menyelamatkan nyawaku. Sebenarnya, saya adalah putri raja Naga, dan saya yakin ayahku akan memberikan anda hadiah sebagai ucapan terima kasih. Beliau mempunyai banyak harta benda yang dapat anda miliki. Tetapi jika tiada satu pun harta benda yang berkenan bagimu, anda dapat meminta batu ajaib yang beliau simpan di dalam mulutnya. Siapapun yang memiliki batu ajaib itu, dia akan memahami semua bahasa hewan."

Hailibu si pemburu tidak tertarik dengan segala harta benda, tetapi kemampuan untuk dapat memahami berbagai macam bahasa hewan membuatnya sangat tertarik. Kemudian, dia bertanya kepada si Putri Naga, "Apakah itu benar-benar batu ajaib?" Si putri menjawab, "Benar. Tetapi apapun yang anda dengar dari hewan-hewan tersebut, anda harus menyimpannya untuk diri anda sendiri. Jika anda memberitahukan kepada orang lain, maka anda akan berubah menjadi batu."

Lalu, si Putri Naga itu membawa Hailibu ke pinggir laut. Saat mereka mendekati laut, tiba-tiba air terbelah dengan cepat, sehingga Hailibu dapat berjalan seperti saat berada di jalan yang amat lebar. Tak lama kemudian, tampaklah sebuah istana yang berkilau, di mana tempat tinggal si raja Naga.

Raja Naga amat bahagia saat mendengar Hailibu telah menyelamatkan putrinya, dan dia kemudian menawarkan segala harta benda yang Hailibu inginkan dari istananya. Setelah terdiam beberapa saat, Hailibu menjawab, "Jika Baginda ingin memberi saya sesuatu sebagai hadiah, bolehkah saya meminta batu ajaib yang ada di mulut Baginda raja?"

Raja Naga menurunkan kepalanya, berpikir sejenak. Kemudian, dia mengeluarkan batu tersebut dari mulutnya dan memberikannya kepada Hailibu.

Saat akan berpisah, si Putri Naga mengulangi kembali pesannya untuk Hailibu, "Pemburu yang baik, hendaklah anda ingat untuk tidak memberitahukan kepada siapapun tentang apapun yang dikatakan oleh para hewan, jika tidak, anda akan langsung berubah menjadi batu."

Setelah memiliki batu ajaib di mulutnya, Hailibu semakin menikmati perburuannya di hutan. Dia mengerti semua bahasa hewan, dan dia juga dapat mengetahui hewan apa saja yang dapat ia buru, beserta lokasi di mana hewan tersebut berada. Dengan kemampuan ini, dia menghasilkan lebih banyak lagi daging hewan buruannya dan ia dapat membagikannya kepada para penduduk desa.

Beberapa tahun kemudian....

Pada suatu hari, saat sedang berada di gunung, Hailibu mendengar sekumpulan burung sedang bercakap-cakap tentang sesuatu hal yang amat penting. Dia mencoba untuk mendengarkannya dengan seksama. Sang pemimpin berkata, "Kita harus cepat-cepat pindah ke daerah lain. Malam ini, gunung akan meletus dan banjir akan menggenangi seluruh daerah ini. Banyak manusia yang akan mati"

Hailibu amat kaget mendengar hal ini. Dengan tergesesa-gesa, dia lari pulang ke rumahnya, dan menyebarkan berita ini kepada penduduk desa. "Kita harus pergi dari daerah ini secepatnya, Kita tidak dapat tetap tinggal di sini lagi.!" Tentunya, penduduk desa bingung dan kaget,"Tidak ada yang salah selama kita tinggal di sini,lalu kenapa kita harus pindah?". Hailibu tetap berkeras untuk menyampaikan berita ini, tapi tidak ada seorangpun yang percaya. Dengan menangis, Hailibu menjelaskan, "Tolong dengarkan saya, saya dapat bersumpah bahwa apa yang saya katakan itu benar. Percayalah saya, kita harus pergi sekarang sebelum semuanya terlambat"

Seorang tetua mencoba untuk menenangkan Hailibu, "Engkau adalah pemuda yang baik dan selama ini engkau tidak pernah berdusta. Kami sudah menetap di sini dalam kurun waktu yang lama, tapi sekarang engkau meminta kami untuk pindah. Untuk pindah dari tempat ini bukanlah perkara mudah, karena itu engkau harus memberitahukan kepada kami apa alasanmu,anak muda?"

Hailibu merasa putus asa dan tidak menemukan cara lain untuk menyelamatkan penduduk desa. Lalu, dia mencoba menenangkan diri sejenak. Dengan kesungguhan hati, dia berkata kepada penduduk desa. "Malam ini, gunung akan meletus dan sebuah banjir besar akan melanda tempat ini. Kalian dapat lihat sendiri, burungburung telah terbang meninggalkan daerah ini." Kemudian Hailibu menjelaskan perihal bagaimana dia mendapatkan batu ajaib, yang membuatnya mengerti semua bahasa hewan, tapi seharusnya dia harus menyimpannya itu sebagai rahasia, jika tidak, dia akan berubah menjadi batu.

Saat Hailibu bercerita, bagian bawah tubuhnya, mulai dari telapak kaki perlahan-lahan berubah menjadi batu. Setelah dia menyelesaikan seluruh cerita, dia berubah menjadi batu seutuhnya.

Para penduduk desa amat kaget dan merasa amat kehilangan. Mereka menangis, mencurahkan kesedihan mereka yang sedalam-dalamnya, mereka menyesal mengapa tidak mempercayai Hailibu dari awal. Akhir-nya, dengan membawa barang-barang penting mereka dan persediaan makanan, semua penduduk desa (termasuk para tetua dan anak-anak), mereka berjalan dan meninggalkan daerah itu. Mereka terus berjalan hingga malam hari, tiba-tiba awan tebal menyelimuti langit dan angin telah bersiap untuk menderu. Tak lama, turunlah hujan yang amat sangat deras. Dari arah desa, mereka mendengar suara gemuruh dari letusan gunung......

Sudah beberapa generasi telah berlalu, namun para nenek moyang dari desa tersebut tetap dapat mengingat Hailibu, si pemburu yang baik hati. Mereka juga tetap berusaha untuk mencari batu Hailibu.

Suatu hari, Raja Qi pergi berburu dengan para pengawalnya dengan disertai iring-iringan kereta, ketika tiba-tiba seekor belalang besar berdiri ditengah jalan dengan kaki depan seperti sebuah sabit yang terhunus, mencoba menghentikan kereta tersebut. Raja Qi yang terkejut melihat aksi belalang itu. Raja kagum atas keberaniannya, termenung sebentar dan berkata, “Sayang dia hanya seekor serangga, bila dia manusia, dia pastilah prajurit paling berani sedunia!” Lalu Raja memerintahkan agar kereta-kereta itu berbalik meninggalkan belalang yang berdiri dengan gagah berani itu.

Ketika orang-orang disekitar Raja mendengar itu, mereka sungguh merasa tersentuh dan bertekad untuk mempersembahkan jiwa mereka kepada negeri.

While watching a race at McKinley Speedway for a break from studying, college student Nick O'Bannon (Bobby Campo) has a premonition of a car crash which sends debris into the audience, crushing some spectators and resulting in the stadium partially collapsing, which would have killed almost everyone present in the 180 section. In a panic, Nick manages to convince his girlfriend Lori Milligan (Shantel VanSanten), and friends Hunt Wynorski (Nick Zano) and Janet Cunningham (Haley Webb) to leave. The quartet are followed out by a handful of others who have become angry with Nick after he pushes past them to escape. A security guard named George Lanter (Mykelti Williamson) intervenes when everyone begins to argue outside, just as the catastrophe Nick had foreseen occurs. After a memorial service at McKinley Speedway, two of the spectators who followed Nick and his friends out of the stadium – Carter Daniels (Justin Welborn) and Samantha Lane (Krista Allen) – died violently in freak accidents: Carter is blown up with his tow truck and Samantha is killed by a flying rock propelled by a lawnmower, which goes through her eye. Before their deaths, Nick had seen omens of how they would die.

After hearing about Carter and Samantha's deaths on the news, Nick and Lori begin doing research, and learn about the disasters that occurred during the three previous incidents (the explosion of Flight 180, highway pile-up of Route 23, and roller coaster derailment in McKinley, Pennsylvania) and discover that the survivors (who were saved by premonitions) began dying in a series of improbable accidents shortly afterwards. While Hunt and Janet refuse to believe them, Nick and Lori manage to convince George that Death is after them and the trio begin trying to warn other survivors, though fail to save any except for Janet, who nearly drowns getting her car washed. The next survivors to die are Andy Kewzer (Andrew Fiscella), Hunt and Jonathan Grove (Jackson Walker).

Hunt later goes to the pool and his intestines are sucked in violently and George is abruptly killed just before Nick has a second premonition showing him that Lori and Janet will die while watching a film in a shopping mall cinema after an explosion in a room above the theatre. Nick rushes to reach them, while Lori begins spotting omens warning her that the danger is not over. Once Nick arrives, he and Lori attempt to convince Janet to leave, but are unsuccessful in their efforts. Janet is killed in the explosion and Lori also meets her demise by being crushed in an escalator. Nick then realizes that the event has not happened yet, and is able to save his friends by extinguishing the fire that would have caused the initial explosion.

Weeks later, the trio, thinking they have conquered Death's plan, celebrate surviving in a cafe. Nick notices a loose leg on a scaffold outside the cafe, and he tells a construction worker to fix it up. Once inside he drifts off into thought after seeing omens around him, and realizes that his premonitions and signs, along with all the disasters and deaths that had occurred since the speedway incident, are red herrings from Death used to manipulate them into where and when it would really come for them. Just as Nick realizes this, the scaffold falls, and in order to avoid it, a truck swerves, crashes through the cafe window, and kills the group, thus leaving all connected to the McKinley Speedway disaster dead.

CAM

A cam is a theater rip usually done with a digital video camera. A mini tripod is sometimes used, but a lot of the time this wont be possible, so the camera make shake. Also seating placement isn’t always idle, and it might be filmed from an angle. If cropped properly, this is hard to tell unless there’s text on the screen, but a lot of times these are left with triangular borders on the top and bottom of the screen. Sound is taken from the onboard microphone of the camera, and especially in comedies, laughter can often be heard during the film. Due to these factors picture and sound quality are usually quite poor, but sometimes we’re lucky, and the theater will be fairly empty and a fairly clear signal will be heard.

TELESYNC (TS)

A telesync is the same spec as a CAM except it uses an external audio source (most likely an audio jack in the chair for hard of hearing people). A direct audio source does not ensure a good quality audio source, as a lot of background noise can interfere. A lot of the times a telesync is filmed in an empty cinema or from the projection booth with a professional camera, giving a better picture quality. Quality ranges drastically, check the sample before downloading the full release. A high percentage of Telesyncs are CAMs that have been mislabeled.

TELECINE (TC)

A telecine machine copies the film digitally from the reels. Sound and picture should be very good, but due to the equipment involved and cost telecines are fairly uncommon. Generally the film will be in correct aspect ratio, although 4:3 telecines have existed. A great example is the JURASSIC PARK 3 TC done last year. TC should not be confused with TimeCode , which is a visible counter on screen throughout the film.

SCREENER (SCR)

A pre VHS tape, sent to rental stores, and various other places for promotional use. A screener is supplied on a VHS tape, and is usually in a 4:3 (full screen) a/r, although letterboxed screeners are sometimes found. The main draw back is a “ticker” (a message that scrolls past at the bottom of the screen, with the copyright and anti-copy telephone number). Also, if the tape contains any serial numbers, or any other markings that could lead to the source of the tape, these will have to be blocked, usually with a black mark over the section. This is sometimes only for a few seconds, but unfortunately on some copies this will last for the entire film, and some can be quite big. Depending on the equipment used, screener quality can range from excellent if done from a MASTER copy, to very poor if done on an old VHS recorder thru poor capture equipment on a copied tape. Most screeners are transferred to VCD, but a few attempts at SVCD have occurred, some looking better than others.

DVD-SCREENER (DVDscr)

Same premise as a screener, but transferred off a DVD. Usually letterbox , but without the extras that a DVD retail would contain. The ticker is not usually in the black bars, and will disrupt the viewing. If the ripper has any skill, a DVDscr should be very good. Usually transferred to SVCD or DivX/XviD.

DVDRip

A copy of the final released DVD. If possible this is released PRE retail (for example, Star Wars episode 2) again, should be excellent quality. DVDrips are released in SVCD and DivX/XviD.

VHSRip

Transferred off a retail VHS, mainly skating/sports videos and XXX releases.

TVRip

TV episode that is either from Network (capped using digital cable/satellite boxes are preferable) or PRE-AIR from satellite feeds sending the program around to networks a few days earlier (do not contain “dogs” but sometimes have flickers etc) Some programs such as WWF Raw Is War contain extra parts, and the “dark matches” and camera/commentary tests are included on the rips. PDTV is capped from a digital TV PCI card, generally giving the best results, and groups tend to release in SVCD for these. VCD/SVCD/DivX/XviD rips are all supported by the TV scene.

WORKPRINT (WP)

A workprint is a copy of the film that has not been finished. It can be missing scenes, music, and quality can range from excellent to very poor. Some WPs are very different from the final print (Men In Black is missing all the aliens, and has actors in their places) and others can contain extra scenes (Jay and Silent Bob) . WPs can be nice additions to the collection once a good quality final has been obtained.

DivX Re-Enc

A DivX re-enc is a film that has been taken from its original VCD source, and re-encoded into a small DivX file. Most commonly found on file sharers, these are usually labeled something like Film.Name.Group(1of2) etc. Common groups are SMR and TND. These aren’t really worth downloading, unless you’re that unsure about a film u only want a 200mb copy of it. Generally avoid.

Watermarks

A lot of films come from Asian Silvers/PDVD (see below) and these are tagged by the people responsible. Usually with a letter/initials or a little logo, generally in one of the corners. Most famous are the “Z” “A” and “Globe” watermarks.

Asian Silvers / PDVD

These are films put out by eastern bootleggers, and these are usually bought by some groups to put out as their own. Silvers are very cheap and easily available in a lot of countries, and its easy to put out a release, which is why there are so many in the scene at the moment, mainly from smaller groups who don’t last more than a few releases. PDVDs are the same thing pressed onto a DVD. They have removable subtitles, and the quality is usually better than the silvers. These are ripped like a normal DVD, but usually released as VCD.

Formats

VCD

VCD is an mpeg1 based format, with a constant bitrate of 1150kbit at a resolution of 352×240 (NTCS). VCDs are generally used for lower quality transfers (CAM/TS/TC/Screener(VHS)/TVrip(analogue) in order to make smaller file sizes, and fit as much on a single disc as possible. Both VCDs and SVCDs are timed in minutes, rather than MB, so when looking at an mpeg, it may appear larger than the disc capacity, and in reality u can fit 74min on a CDR74.

SVCD

SVCD is an mpeg2 based (same as DVD) which allows variable bit-rates of up to 2500kbits at a resolution of 480×480 (NTSC) which is then decompressed into a 4:3 aspect ratio when played back. Due to the variable bit-rate, the length you can fit on a single CDR is not fixed, but generally between 35-60 Mins are the most common. To get a better SVCD encode using variable bit-rates, it is important to use multiple “passes”. this takes a lot longer, but the results are far clearer.

XVCD/XSVCD

These are basically VCD/SVCD that don’t obey the “rules”. They are both capable of much higher resolutions and bit-rates, but it all depends on the player to whether the disc can be played. X(S)VCD are total non-standards, and are usually for home-ripping by people who don’t intend to release them.

DivX / XviD

DivX is a format designed for multimedia platforms. It uses two codecs, one low motion, one high motion. most older films were encoded in low motion only, and they have problems with high motion too. A method known as SBC (Smart Bit-rate Control) was developed which switches codecs at the encoding stage, making a much better print. The format is Ana orphic and the bit-rate/resolution are interchangeable. Due to the higher processing power required, and the different codecs for playback, its unlikely we’ll see a DVD player capable of play DivX for quite a while, if at all. There have been players in development which are supposedly capable, but nothing has ever arisen. The majority of PROPER DivX rips (not Re-Encs) are taken from DVDs, and generally up to 2hours in good quality is possible per disc. Various codecs exist, most popular being the original Divx3.11a and the new XviD codecs.

CVD

CVD is a combination of VCD and SVCD formats, and is generally supported by a majority of DVD players. It supports MPEG2 bit-rates of SVCD, but uses a resolution of 352×480(ntsc) as the horizontal resolution is generally less important. Currently no groups release in CVD.

DVD-R

Is the recordable DVD solution that seems to be the most popular (out of DVD-RAM, DVD-R and DVD+R). it holds 4.7gb of data per side, and double sided discs are available, so discs can hold nearly 10gb in some circumstances. SVCD mpeg2 images must be converted before they can be burnt to DVD-R and played successfully. DVD>DVDR copies are possible, but sometimes extras/languages have to be removed to stick within the available 4.7gb.

MiniDVD

MiniDVD/cDVD is the same format as DVD but on a standard CDR/CDRW. Because of the high resolution/bit-rates, its only possible to fit about 18-21 mins of footage per disc, and the format is only compatible with a few players.

Misc Info

Regional Coding

This was designed to stop people buying American DVDs and watching them earlier in other countries, or for older films where world distribution is handled by different companies. A lot of players can either be hacked with a chip, or via a remote to disable this.

RCE

RCE (Regional Coding Enhancement) was designed to overcome “Multiregion” players, but it had a lot of faults and was overcome. Very few titles are RCE encoded now, and it was very unpopular.

Macrovision

Macrovision is the copy protection employed on most commercial DVDs. Its a system that will display lines and darken the images of copies that are made by sending the VHS signals it can’t understand. Certain DVD players (for example the Dansai 852 from Tescos) have a secret menu where you can disable the macrovision, or a “video stabaliser” costs about 30UKP from Maplin (www.maplin.co.uk)

NTSC/PAL

NTSC and PAL are the two main standards used across the world. NTSC has a higher frame rate than pal (29fps compared to 25fps) but PAL has an increased resolution, and gives off a generally sharper picture. Playing NTSC discs on PAL systems seems a lot easier than vice-versa, which is good news for the Brits An RGB enabled scart lead will play an NTSC picture in full colour on most modern tv sets, but to record this to a VHS tape, you will need to convert it to PAL50 (not PAL60 as the majority of DVD players do.) This is either achieved by an expensive converter box (in the regions of £200+) an onboard converter (such as the Dansai 852 / certain Daewoos / Samsung 709 ) or using a World Standards VCR which can record in any format.

News Sites

There are generally 2 news sites, and I’m allowed to be biased For Games/Apps/Console :: www.theisonews.com is generally regarded as the best, but for VCD/SVCD/DivX/TV/XXX www.vcdquality.com displays screen grabs and allows feedback. **NOTICE** neither site offers movie downloads, and requesting movies/trades etc on the forums of either is NOT permitted.

Release Files

RARset

The movies are all supplied in RAR form, whether its v2 (rar>.rxx) or v3 (part01.rar > partxx.rar) form.

BIN/CUE

VCD and SVCD films will extract to give a BIN/CUE. Load the .CUE into notepad and make sure the first line contains only a filename, and no path information. Then load the cue into Nero/CDRWin etc and this will burn the VCD/SVCD correctly. TV rips are released as MPEG. DivX files are just the plain DivX – .AVI

NFO

An NFO file is supplied with each movie to promote the group, and give general iNFOrmation about the release, such as format, source, size, and any notes that may be of use. They are also used to recruit members and acquire hardware for the group.

SFV

Also supplied for each disc is an SFV file. These are mainly used on site level to check each file has been uploaded correctly, but are also handy for people downloading to check they have all the files, and the CRC is correct. A program such as pdSFV or hkSFV is required to use these files.

Usenet Information

Access

To get onto newsgroups, you will need a news server. Most ISPs supply one, but this is usually of poor retention (the amount of time the files are on server for) and poor completition (the amount of files that make it there). For the best service, a premium news server should be paid for, and these will often have bandwidth restrictions in place

Software

You will need a newsreader to access the files in the binary newsgroups. There are many different readers, and its usually down to personal opinion which is best. Xnews / Forte Agent / BNR 1 / BNR 2 are amongst the popular choices. Outlook has the ability to read newsgroups, but its recommended to not use that.

Format

Usenet posts are often the same as those listed on VCDQUALiTY (i.e., untouched group releases) but you have to check the filenames and the description to make sure you get what you think you are getting. Generally releases should come down in .RAR sets. Posts will usually take more than one day to be uploaded, and can be spread out as far as a week.

PAR files

As well as the .rxx files, you will also see files listed as .pxx/.par . These are PARITY files. Parity files are common in usenet posts, as a lot of times, there will be at least one or two damaged files on some servers. A parity file can be used to replace ANY ONE file that is missing from the rar set. The more PAR files you have, the more files you can replace. You will need a program called SMARTPAR for this.

Scene Tags

PROPER

Due to scene rules, whoever releases the first Telesync has won that race (for example). But if the quality of that release is fairly poor, if another group has another telesync (or the same source in higher quality) then the tag PROPER is added to the folder to avoid being duped. PROPER is the most subjective tag in the scene, and a lot of people will generally argue whether the PROPER is better than the original release. A lot of groups release PROPERS just out of desperation due to losing the race. A reason for the PROPER should always be included in the NFO.

SUBBED

In the case of a VCD, if a release is subbed, it usually means it has hard encoded subtitles burnt throughout the movie. These are generally in malaysian/chinese/thai etc, and sometimes there are two different languages, which can take up quite a large amount of the screen. SVCD supports switch able subtitles, so some DVDRips are released with switch able subs. This will be mentioned in the NFO file if included.

UNSUBBED

When a film has had a subbed release in the past, an Unsubbed release may be released

LIMITED

A limited movie means it has had a limited theater run, generally opening in less than 250 theaters, generally smaller films (such as art house films) are released as limited.

INTERNAL

An internal release is done for several reasons. Classic DVD groups do a lot of .INTERNAL. releases, as they wont be dupe’d on it. Also lower quality theater rips are done INTERNAL so not to lower the reputation of the group, or due to the amount of rips done already. An INTERNAL release is available as normal on the groups affiliate sites, but they can’t be traded to other sites without request from the site ops. Some INTERNAL releases still trickle down to IRC/Newsgroups, it usually depends on the title and the popularity. Earlier in the year people referred to Centropy going “internal”. This meant the group were only releasing the movies to their members and site ops. This is in a different context to the usual definition.

STV

Straight To Video. Was never released in theaters, and therefore a lot of sites do not allow these.

ASPECT RATIO TAGS

These are *WS* for widescreen (letterbox) and *FS* for Fullscreen.

RECODE

A recode is a previously released version, usually filtered through TMPGenc to remove subtitles, fix color etc. Whilst they can look better, its not looked upon highly as groups are expected to obtain their own sources.

REPACK

If a group releases a bad rip, they will release a Repack which will fix the problems.

NUKED

A film can be nuked for various reasons. Individual sites will nuke for breaking their rules (such as “No Telesyncs”) but if the film has something extremely wrong with it (no soundtrack for 20mins, CD2 is incorrect film/game etc) then a global nuke will occur, and people trading it across sites will lose their credits. Nuked films can still reach other sources such as p2p/usenet, but its a good idea to check why it was nuked first in case. If a group realise there is something wrong, they can request a nuke.

NUKE REASONS :: this is a list of common reasons a film can be nuked for (generally DVDRip)

** BAD A/R ** :: bad aspect ratio, ie people appear too fat/thin

** BAD IVTC ** :: bad inverse telecine. process of converting framerates was incorrect.

** INTERLACED ** :: black lines on movement as the field order is incorrect.

DUPE

Dupe is quite simply, if something exists already, then theres no reason for it to exist again without proper reason.

Planet 51 R5

The story starts with two teenagers being attacked by a "humaniac," a horrendous one-eyed monster that comes down to the planet to turn everyone into zombies and take over the world. Then it is revealed that this is a mere movie, though the plotline resembles classical 1950s science fiction films.

Outside the theater is Planet 51, a world populated by little green aliens that live in a society similar to 1950s earth. Lem (Justin Long) is a teenage alien who has just gotten a job working at the local planetarium museum, and everyone in his neighborhood is excited about it. His best friend is Skiff (Seann William Scott), a geeky alien teen who works at the local comic book store, and is a huge fan of the "Humaniacs" films.

When Lem gets home, he asks his next door neighbor and friend, Eckle (Freddie Benedict) about Neera (Jessica Biel), a long-time crush of his. His family is holding a barbecue with the neighbors, so Neera is there, but when Lem attempts to ask her out, he keeps being interrupted by Neera's hippie friend, Glar.

Meanwhile, a mysterious spacecraft pulls into orbit, sending out a blinking red signal. Down on the planet, under a hidden army base called "Base 9" (the aliens' version of Area 51), there is a basement filled with artifacts from earth. One of them "wakes up" from the signal, and is a wheeled probe with an AI named "Rover." It breaks out of the basement and escapes, off to perform its primary mission: find astronaut. Its secondary mission is to collect rocks, (similar to Wall-E gathering garbage for compacting). Due to Rover's escape, the army becomes very suspicious of what's going on.

Meanwhile, just as the barbecue starts, a spacecraft similar to the lunar module touches down right in Lem's backyard. The astronaut (Dwayne Johnson), Charles 'Chuck' Baker, emerges, humming the theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey. As Chuck plants the flag, he's startled to step on an alien "rubber ducky" someone left on the ground. Everyone stares, and Chuck attempts to get back into his module - but Eckle is in his way, eager for an autograph. Chuck ends up running about, shocked at the revelation that this is an inhabited planet. At one point, he gets hit by the mailman's scooter in the middle of the street and goes flying past the moon (in reference to E.T.). He goes into hiding soon after, while the army immediately arrives on the scene.

General Grawl (Gary Oldman) is at the head of the investigation, and consults Professor Kipple (John Cleese) on intelligence about the "alien invader." The army then quarantines the area and has locals start a local "civil defense" force to protect the citizens from becoming "zombies."

Up at the planetarium, Lem discovers Chuck hiding there, and both are surprised to learn that they speak the same language. Chuck introduces himself, and he's eager to get off the planet and get back home in time for the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards. It's then that Lem realizes the "alien" is no threat and decides to help him, though it costs him his job and a near arrest at the hands of the army. It soon becomes apparent that Chuck can't go anywhere near his module (which the aliens repeatedly call a "flying saucer"), so Lem hides him in his room for the night.

In the meantime, Rover locates Chuck, though he has to sneak past the soldiers patrolling the neighborhood. Chuck is very happy to see the robot when they reunite, though he tells Rover that the probe was not helpful because it only took pictures of rocks and not the little green men living on the planet. (This is what led to the misinformation that the planet was uninhabited). Skiff and Eckle are let in on Lem's secret, as are two soldiers who believe that they are being mind-controlled by Chuck.

Skiff and Lem decide that the people need to see Chuck is harmless, and the only way to do that is by having him talk to the press (who have been copiously helping feed the fear of the citizens). So they have the two soldiers smuggle Chuck to the comic book store and hide there while Lem goes to get the reporters. Before Lem leaves, he asks Chuck to help him with some advice regarding Neera; Chuck attempts to use what he calls "the right stuff," to show Lem how to woo her. In his attempt to find the reporters after, Lem has to face Neera, whom he had a falling out with when she and her friends (including Glar) were protesting the army's treatment of the alien and his craft. Chuck's advice in winning her back doesn't work well, and there is still friction between the two of them.

Back at the comic book store, Chuck is playing with Eckle, using the whole alien invader theme everyone keeps talking about, while the "mind-controlled" soldiers watch and Skiff bonds with Rover. At one point, Planet 51's signature "rock rain" starts falling, and Rover becomes ecstatic, since collecting rocks is what he does, and he starts "dancing" in the streets (in reference to Singin' in the Rain).

Unfortunately, Lem and Skiff's plans for peacefully introducing Chuck backfire when the reporters discover him in the bookstore and secretly film him quoting lines from Star Wars and The Terminator. The broadcast throws Lem's whole world into chaos, and he, Chuck, and his friends barely escape the soldiers hounding them through town. They hide Chuck in Lem's room again, though it's apparent that things have become decidedly worse. The army sets up barbed wire fence around the module, and Lem is angry at Chuck for turning his life upside down.

Things get even worse when General Grawl decides to set up a base in Lem's home. Lem and his friends just barely escape with Chuck before the general and his men search the kid's room. The group somehow manages to sneak Chuck into the planetarium, and while there, Chuck admits to Lem that he never had "the right stuff." He says that Lem was the one who had "the right stuff" all along, making risks and sacrifices just for a stranger. Chuck also shows Lem the star that Earth orbits, and how the universe is so much bigger than Lem had thought.

The next morning, the army brings in vehicles to take Chuck's module to a secret location. Even the press isn't allowed to tell where the spacecraft is going.

Lem and Skiff are at a loss for getting Chuck back into his craft, but then they get an idea from the comic book store. The very next night is opening night for a new "Humaniacs" movie, and there's a costume contest going on. Lem, Skiff, and Chuck disguise themselves as costumed fans, though Chuck gets accidentally pulled into the contest. As a cover for the army soldiers patrolling even the convention, Lem and Chuck go along with the contest. Chuck then introduces some new music as part of the contest and teaches Lem right on the spot how to dance. Things go well until Rover comes on the scene, and the aliens at the contest freak at the sight of him. Chaos ensues, and army soldiers are unmasking kids everywhere, since they now think the "alien" is among them. General Grawl and Professor Kipple are there, and when the general points out that the alien is wearing a "uniform," compared to the other costumed fans, Chuck's United States Flag insignia is a dead giveaway.

Chuck is captured and unmasked for all to see, and the General makes a great show of his disgust for the "alien." When Lem tries to defend Chuck and keep him from being taken away, General Grawl merely labels him as a zombie, and Professor Kipple announces that he will dissect both their brains. Chuck is not willing to drag Lem into this, so he pretends to "release" Lem from his control, and the crowd believes it. Both Chuck and Rover are locked in armored vehicles, and when the General makes it clear to Rover that he intends to take him apart, piece by piece, the little robot responds like a dog wetting itself in fear, only with oil. They're taken away, and Lem is proclaimed a hero of the community.

At Base 9, General Grawl attempts to get some answers out of a handcuffed Chuck, warning that if he tries taking over the minds of the soldiers in the room, a chain reaction will set off and everyone will shoot at each other and possibly be electrocuted. Chuck accidentally hits a button and sets off said chain reaction, though he's not at all affected by it. General Grawl mistakes this as resisting his demands, and allows Professor Kipple to have a go at Chuck's brain.

Lem gets his job back at the planetarium and gets to speak on tv, but he cannot truly accept the honor. He feels terrible about Chuck and decides to do the right thing. He hotwires a car, and at the same time Neera comes to talk to him, admiring what he's doing. Neera, Skiff, and Eckle join Lem as they go off to rescue Chuck. However, not only do they not know where the army took him, but they feel they can't really find the astronaut without Rover, who had also been taken by the army. But luck is on their side when the little robot shows up on the edge of town, revealing that he unscrewed all the bolts holding the armored vehicle he was in together.

They have Rover act as a bloodhound, sniffing out Chuck's trail, leading the kids to an abandoned gas station in the middle of the desert. They explore, and Skiff sees a "Coca-Cola" bottle in an old fridge, though when he tries to take it, it's actually a hidden trigger that opens up the entrance to Base 9. Lem has Glar distract the soldiers guarding the base with his protest group while they sneak in.

In a laboratory, Chuck is strapped to a table while Professor Kipple gets ready to take his brain out. Luckily, Lem and his friends break in through the ceiling, using Rover to scare away the scientists, technicians, and guards. They free Chuck and immediately set off alarms.

Rover helps the group find Chuck's module, which has been placed in a hangar, but General Grawl stops them. He warns that if the "alien" attempts to leave, the entire hangar will blow, and reveals that the place is rigged with bombs. Lem tries reasoning with him, when in fact it's a distraction to set off the bombs and use the confusion to help Chuck escape. Most of the soldiers flee the firestorm, and the General is knocked out amidst the falling debris. Lem, Neera, Eckle, Skiff, and Rover all get into the module, but Chuck decides he can't leave the General to die, and rescues him from the fire.

To escape the growing firestorm, Chuck pilots the ship up into orbit around the planet, allowing the alien kids to see what space is really like. Kiff, Eckle, and Rover enjoy the weightlessness, General Grawl realizes that Chuck is friendly and hasn't turned him into a zombie, and Lem finally gets to ask Neera out on a date.

Chuck pilots the module back down to the planet's surface, and although the army is ready to shoot as everyone walks out, the General stops them and explains that Chuck is with him. Finally the aliens of Planet 51 get to see that Chuck is harmless and never intended to hurt anyone. He lets Rover stay and become Skiff's pet, and says goodbye to everyone.

As the module is leaving, it's revealed that one of the alien "dogs" snuck on board.

Adobe Photoshop, or simply Photoshop, is a graphics editing program developed and published by Adobe Systems. It is the current market leader for commercial bitmap and image manipulation software, and is the flagship product of Adobe Systems. It has been described as "an industry standard for graphics professionals" and was one of the early "killer applications" on the Macintosh, later also for MS Windows.

Features

Photoshop has strong ties with other Adobe software for media editing, animation, and authoring. The .PSD (Photoshop Document), Photoshop's native format, stores an image with support for most imaging options available in Photoshop. These include layers with masks, color spaces, ICC profiles, transparency, text, alpha channels and spot colors, clipping paths, and duotone settings. This is in contrast to many other file formats (e.g. .EPS or .GIF) that restrict content to provide streamlined, predictable functionality.

Photoshop's popularity means that the .PSD format is widely used, and it is supported to some extent by most competing software. The .PSD file format can be exported to and from Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to make professional standard DVDs and provide non-linear editing and special effects services, such as backgrounds, textures, and so on, for television, film, and the Web. Photoshop is a pixel-based image editor, unlike Macromedia FreeHand (now defunct), Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, which are vector-based image editors.

Photoshop can utilize the color models RGB, lab, CMYK, grayscale, binary bitmap, and duotone. Photoshop has the ability to read and write raster and vector image formats such as .EPS, .PNG, .GIF, .JPEG, and Adobe Fireworks.

Photoshop CS3 is marketed with three main components of improvement over previous versions: "Work more productively, edit with unrivalled power, and composite with breakthrough tools." Editing tools new to CS3 are the Clone Source palette and nondestructive Smart Filters, and other features such as the Brightness/Contrast adjustment and Vanishing Point module were enhanced. Extended contains all features of CS3 plus tools for editing and importing some 3D graphics file formats, enhancing video, and comprehensive image analysis tools, utilizing MATLAB integration and DICOM file support.

CS4

Photoshop CS4 features additions such as the ability to paint directly on 3D models, wrap 2D images around 3D shapes, convert gradient maps to 3D objects, add depth to layers and text, get print-quality output with the new ray-tracing rendering engine, and enjoy exporting to supported common 3D formats; the new Adjustment and Mask Panels; Content-aware scaling (also known as seam carving[9]); Fluid Canvas Rotation and File display options.[10] On 30 April, Adobe released Photoshop CS4 Extended, which includes all the same features of Adobe Photoshop CS4 with the addition of capabilities for scientific imaging, 3D, and high end film and video users. The successor to Photoshop CS3, Photoshop CS4 is the first 64-bit Photoshop on consumer computers (only on Windows – the OS X version is still 32-bit only.)

Once the problem of the episode has been explained, Mickey invites viewers to join him at the Mousekadoer, a giant Mickey-head shaped computer whose main function is to distribute the day's Mousekatools - a collection of objects needed to solve the day's problem - to Mickey. Once the tools have been shown to Mickey on the Mousekadoer screen, they are quickly downloaded to Toodles - a small, Mickey-head shaped flying extension of the Mousekadoer. By calling, "Oh Toodles!" Mickey summons him to pop up from where he's hiding and fly up to the screen so that the viewer can pick which tool Mickey needs for the current situation. One of the tools is a "Mystery Mouskatool", which is a surprise tool represented by a question mark.

Mickey and friends previously appeared on television in Mickey Mouse Works (1999-2001) and Disney's House of Mouse (2001-2002).

The show features two original songs performed by They Might Be Giants, including the opening theme song, in which a variant of a Mickey Mouse Club chant ("Meeska Mooska Mickey Mouse!") is used to summon the Clubhouse. They Might Be Giants also perform the song used at the end of the show, "Hot Dog!", which echoes Mickey's first spoken words in the 1929 short The Karnival Kid.

The Incredible Hulk DVDRip (2008)

A montage during the opening credit sequence details the film's backstory and the origin of the Hulk. General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (William Hurt) meets with Dr. Bruce Banner (Edward Norton), the colleague and lover of his daughter Betty (Liv Tyler). He wants him to revive a World War II-era military supersoldier project, but tells Banner the goal of the experiment is to make human beings immune to gamma radiation. The experiment fails, transforming Banner into the monstrous Hulk (voiced by Lou Ferrigno), and injuring Betty. Now a fugitive from the United States Army, Banner has been on the run for five years.

As the film opens, Banner works at a soda bottling factory in Rocinha while searching for a cure for his condition (through analyzing the properties of certain rare Amazonian plants and herbs) with the help of a colleague on the Internet, known only as "Mr. Blue", and to whom he is known as "Mr. Green". He is also learning meditative breathing techniques from a martial arts expert, played by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Rickson Gracie, to help regulate his pulse rate and keep his anger under control, and has not transformed in 158 days. After Banner cuts his finger, a drop of his blood ends up in one of the bottles, and is eventually ingested by an ill-fated consumer (Stan Lee) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This accident points Ross to Banner's location and he sends a team, led by Russian-born British special ops expert Emil Blonsky (Tim Roth), to capture him. Banner escapes by transforming into the Hulk and defeating every member of the military team. After Ross explains how Banner first became the Hulk, a vengeful Blonsky agrees to be injected with a small amount of a new super soldier serum, which gives him enhanced strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance and healing.

Meanwhile, Banner returns to Culver University (where the Hulk was born) in Virginia and reunites with Betty, who is dating psychiatrist Leonard Samson (Ty Burrell). On the day he decides to leave, Ross and Blonsky's forces attack Banner at Culver University to draw out the Hulk, having been tipped off by the suspicious Samson. The Hulk wins the battle, putting Blonsky in the hospital despite his recent "upgrade", and flees with Betty. After he calms down, Banner and Betty go on the run. After several stops, Banner again makes contact with "Mr. Blue", who urges them to travel to New York City to meet him. He turns out to be cellular biologist Dr. Samuel Sterns (Tim Blake Nelson), a college professor. They learn that Sterns has developed a possible antidote that may cure Banner's condition, or merely reverse each individual transformation. After a successful test, Sterns reveals that he has synthesized Banner's blood sample (which he sent from Brazil) into a large supply with the intention of using it to bring humans to the next evolutionary level. Appalled by what Sterns had done and fearful of the Hulk's power falling into the wrong hands, Banner attempts to convince Sterns to destroy the blood supply, but he is attacked by Ross' forces and taken into custody with Betty.

While Sterns is interrogated by a female soldier about his work, Blonsky strikes her down and demands that Sterns inject him with Banner's blood sample, as he covets the awesome power of the Hulk. Sterns warns that the combination of the supersoldier formula (which Blonsky has overdosed on, slightly deforming his skeleton) and a gamma treatment would be an unpredictable combination that could turn him into an "abomination". Unconcerned, Blonsky forces Sterns to administer the gamma charge, and he mutates into a hideous monster, with strength and power that surpasses that of the Hulk, but retaining Blonsky's intelligence and personality. He knocks Sterns aside and escapes, rampaging through Harlem to draw the Hulk out. At the lab, an irradiated sample of Banner's blood-derivative drips into an open wound on Sterns' temple, causing his cranium to mutate and expand, much to his delight.

Banner, realizing that the Hulk is the only one who can stop the monster, convinces General Ross to release him. He falls from Ross' helicopter as it hovers over the city, hoping the fall will trigger a transformation. As he falls towards the ground, Banner panics, finally triggering the transformation. Banner's plan succeeds, and after a long and brutal battle throughout Harlem, the Hulk defeats Blonsky by nearly strangling him to death with a huge chain, relenting his grip only after Betty's plea. After having a small, peaceful moment with Betty, the Hulk flees. Thirty-one days later, Banner is in Bella Coola, British Columbia. Instead of trying to suppress his transformations, he is attempting to initiate them in a controlled manner. As his eyes turn green a grin appears on his face. Meanwhile, General Ross is drinking in a bar when he is approached by industrialist Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), who casually reveals that a "team" is being put together.

Prince of Tennis - Live Action DVDRip

Twelve-year-old Ryoma Echizen is a tennis prodigy from America who has the personal history of winning four consecutive American Junior Tennis tournaments. His father, Nanjiro Echizen, a tennis player of legendary status, calls Ryoma back to Japan to attend the distinguished Seishun Academy Middle School. Ryoma, a first year, has his eyes set on being on the regulars team of the tennis club, for which the school is famous.

Then, there is the lone girl who watches Ryoma from the audience. Her name is Shioin Higaki, whose parents had died in accident. She is mute due to traumatic shock of her past. She first meets Ryoma when he helps her on the train from a loud group of high school boys.

Ryoma arrives at Seigaku, and is immediately challenged by Kaoru Kaidoh, a second year team regular, known as "the Viper," whose perseverance is daunting and is known for his Buggy Whip Shot, nicknamed "Snake Shot". The members of the Seigaku regular team come watch the match. One is the vice-captain, Shuichiro Oishi, who has a calm and rational sense of playing sense, compliments the acrobatic plays of his double's partner, Eiji Kikumaru, making them the Golden Pair. Then there's third years Shusuke Fuji, a formidable player known for his tactical skill on the tennis courts, making him the "genius" of the team; Sadaharu Inui, whose tennis style relies on collecting info on his opponents' playing style called "data tennis"; and Takashi Kawamura, whose personality instantly changes when he grabs his tennis racquet. The other second year regular is Takeshi Momoshiro, known for his power plays. Ryoma surprises everyone by making Kaidoh's reaction slower and then pulling off the Snake Shot himself, but says it's just the Buggy Whip. Kaidoh and Ryoma's match is interrupted by Kunimitsu Tezuka, the nationally-ranked captain of the tennis club. Tezuka makes Kaidoh run laps for playing a match without an approval and begins to take an interest in Ryoma.

Ryoma arrives in time for the monthly campus ranking tournament, but at first, due to his youth and his cool attitude, some club members do not take him seriously; however, during the ranking tournament, Ryoma is quick to prove his skills and become the only first year on the regular team, just in time for the prefectual preliminary rounds.

While in a crucial match against Fudomine Middle School during the prefectuals, Ryoma injures his eye by accident, but his determination to finish the match with his Nitouryuu helps bring victory to Seigaku as they can advance to the Kanto Tournament as prefectual champions. Tezuka is deeply troubled by Ryoma's style; it's an exact copy of his father's. He is also worried about his own arm, which is injured and will add on injuries when using his Zero Degree Drop Shot. Tezuka plays a secret match with Echizen, and utterly defeats him using the Drop Shot, disregarding his physician's advice. He tells Ryoma to develop his own style of tennis and become the pillar of Seigaku.

As the regional Kanto Tournament draws near, Seigaku learns of their first opponent, Hyotei Academy, their strongest rivals. All the regulars are chosen for the tournament except for Momoshiro, as Echizen is chosen over him. However, Echizen says he has to represent in the Youth Cup and is going back to America. Momoshiro is angry of Ryoma's choice and refuses the jersey Ryoma offers him. Egate Mcleod Higaki of Hyotei comes to the courts and tries to provoke the players until Tezuka tells him to leave. Echizen goes to the park to think about his decision, and Shioin, Egate's little sister, comes by and plays her flute. The music reaches Echizen's ears, and he makes his choice.

At the Kanto Tournament, Momo still has decided not to come. Oishi and Eiji play Doubles 2. They begin a losing streak until Momo reveals himself in the cheering crowd for Seigaku. With new confidence from their returning teammate, the Golden Pair make a comeback, but lose to Hyotei 5-7. In the crowd, Kaidoh finds Echizen, who decided to stay. Kaidoh and Inui begin their Doubles 1 match. Kaidoh continually takes all the shots and uses his Boomerang Snake, while Inui stands and watches. Finally, he tells Kaidoh he has their opponents' data and they win the match 7-5. Kawamura plays Singles 3 and tries his Hadokyuu, but his big opponent copies the move. They both keep using Hadokyuu until Kawamura does the unthinkable: the dangerous one-handed Hadokyuu. His opponent copies, and both keep hitting until both of them drop their racquets, their hands and racquet handles covered in blood. The match is considered a No Game. Fuji, playing Singles 2, borrows Kawamura's racquet, and amazes his opponent with his Disappearing Serve and his Hakugei Triple Counter; he wins 6-0. Tezuka plays Singles 1 against the popular Atobe; Echizen comes and takes his place as bench coach, and, despite some of the other Seigaku players, Tezuka allows him to rejoin the team.

Atobe seems to gain the early lead, but Tezuka comes back with his Tezuka Zone and Drop Shot. Tezuka gets to match point, but as he tries to serve, his arm gives out. Tezuka continues to play as Echizen takes off his jacket, revealing his Seigaku uniform, and goes to practice. Tezuka loses in the tiebreak, 6-7. Because both teams have two wins, their reserve players will determine the winner. Echizen faces off against Egate, and wins the first game using his teammates' moves. However, as an eclipse passes over the court, Egate uses his brutal tennis form and injures Echizen's leg. Remembering his vow to become stronger, Echizen surprises everyone by using the COOL Drive attack to come back, break the eclipse, and win, and Egate's sister, Shioin, breaks her muteness and cheers for them. Tezuka rewards Echizen with his Seigaku jacket he kept for him.

As Echizen looks up in the stands at their future opponents, his only reply to them is, "mada mada dane" ("No, not yet", "simply not there yet" or "a long ways to go").

The Messengers (2007) DVDRip

At the movie's beginning, a frightened woman is with her son, telling him that he has to be strong and that everything is going to be okay. She hears something coming towards the door and makes her son hide under the bed. The door bursts open and an unseen figure throws the woman against the wall. The son, terrified, runs out of the room and into his sister, who is also scared. She grabs him and runs down the stairs. The boy hides under a table, but his sister is caught and pushed over the stair railings, then she crawls to the boy and tells him to run, and soon she is dragged to the cellar as her nails scratch on the floor. The boy runs into the kitchen and hides in a cabinet, but he is soon found and pulled out.

Five years later, a new family from the city moves into the house, hoping to start a sunflower farm. The main character, the teenage daughter in the family, Jess Solomon (Kristen Stewart), is upset about having to move away from her friends. Prior to the events in movie, she had driven drunk with her younger brother, Ben, a toddler at the time, in the car with her. In her intoxicated state, she got into an accident. Her little brother was injured and, as a result, was hospitalized. The father, Roy Solomon, moves his family to the farm believing the move will heal his family.

Ominous events gradually build: First, the house always seems to have crows flying around it; some crows even attack Roy. Then, Jess has an encounter with one of the ghosts, the sister, in the cellar. Afterwards, she calls 9-1-1 and the authorities come, only to find a terrified Jess. The police dismiss it as a false alarm and Jess' parents do not believe her either. While Ben saw what happened, being very young and mute he cannot confirm her story. Only Bobby, a teenage boy from town whom Jess befriends, supports her.

Jess and Ben have more encounters with the ghosts haunting the house. One encounter in particular, an attack that occurs within one of the family's sheds out behind the old home, results in Jess acquiring some cuts and bruises. While in the shed, Jess sees a little boy, arms around his legs, his back toward Jess. When she tries to ask him if he's okay, he doesn't reply. She then comes closer to the boy. The boy turns around and reveals his face, his eyes white and his skin pale. Later, Jess is rushed to the hospital. Her parents think that her wounds are self-inflicted because she wants to leave the house—her life there being so different from her old one—and they will not believe that ghosts are haunting it. Because her parents don't believe her, tensions rise and Jess becomes determined to fix things.

Jess later finds out more details about the previous owners of the house, the Rollins family. According to the locals, the Rollins had lived in the house, but left suddenly. However, at a local store Jess sees a picture of the family, with a man whom Roy Solomon had hired as a farm hand and who had introduced himself as John Burwell, in it. As it turns out, John Burwell is actually John Rollins, the head of the Rollins family and the man who, in a fit of madness, killed the past owners of the house. Frightened and anxious, Jess takes Bobby back to the house to warn her family before it is too late.

Back at home, Jess's mother, Denise, is putting Ben to sleep when she notices the blood spot on the wall coming back even though she has already cleaned it. This is the spot where the mother, Mary Rollins, was thrown against the wall. Suddenly Denise sees the spirit of the mother coming out of the blood stain on the wall. Terrified and determined to leave, Denise packs suitcases and places them on the front porch. John, after being attacked by crows, is confused and believes Denise is his wife Mary, trying to leave him in the same way Mary had, years before. He runs to the house to attack Denise, believing that she is his wife. Denise grabs Ben and runs into the cellar to hide from their attacker.

Bobby and Jess arrive and Jess calls for her mother and father. John attacks them with a pitchfork. He surprises them from behind and knocks out Bobby. Jess runs into the cellar and bolts the door. While John is looking for some way to get into the cellar, Jess runs to her mother to help her. She then further barricades the door, blocks all the windows and breaks the light bulbs so they can stay hidden in darkness. John is able to get into the cellar and looks around for Jess and Denise and Ben, still believing they are his family.

At the end of the film, things return to normal. The crows no longer attack, the ghosts stop appearing and Ben starts talking. The family appears to be normal once more and the house and land look better than ever.

10 Things I Hate About You (1999)

Cameron James, a new student at Padua High School, is given a tour of the school by Michael Eckman, who is an AV geek and former leader of a clique of future MBAs. Michael provides Cameron with information on the school’s various cliques. During the tour, Cameron spots the beautiful and popular Bianca Stratford and is immediately smitten with her. Michael warns that Bianca is shallow, conceited, and worst of all, not allowed to date. Michael does, however, inform Cameron that Bianca is looking for a French tutor.

At the Stratford residence, Bianca’s outcast older sister Kat receives a letter of acceptance to Sarah Lawrence College. Her protective father, Walter, is distraught by the news, as he wants Kat to attend college nearby. Kat distracts her father by revealing that Bianca was given a ride home from school by Joey Donner. Bianca begs her father to allow her to date, but to no avail. Kat's aversion to dating prompts the father to come up with a new rule: Bianca can only date if Kat is dating.

Cameron starts tutoring Bianca, and she informs him of her father’s rule after Cameron makes many failed attempts to ask her out. This news motivates Cameron and Michael to set out to find a boy who is willing to date Kat.

Cameron suggests Patrick Verona, an outcast who is just as ill-tempered as Kat. Cameron tries asking Patrick for his assistance, but Patrick scares him off. Michael then poses the idea to Joey, also attempting to date Bianca, to pay Patrick to take Kat out. Patrick agrees, but Kat, however, wants nothing to do with Patrick. Cameron and Michael finally explain their situation to Patrick and inform him that Bogie Lowenstein is throwing a party (this is actually a plot by Michael to get revenge, as a rumor from Bogie had got him kicked out of their clique). Cameron and Michael spread rumors around school that Bogie's party will have free beer and dancing, although it is actually a small private gathering.

At the party, Kat tells Joey to stay away from her sister. Joey brags that he cannot guarantee she'll stay away from him. Kat gets upset and begins drinking, leading her to dance drunkenly on a table. Meanwhile, Cameron discovers that Bianca was using him to find a date for Kat so that Bianca could date Joey.

Cameron decides to stop trying to date Bianca, but Patrick convinces him to go for it. Bianca asks Cameron for a ride home after discovering Joey’s true character. Cameron drops her off and tells her that he really likes her and was very disappointed in her. At that point Bianca kisses Cameron. Patrick brings Kat home, and she drunkenly tries kissing Patrick. He suggests they should do that some other time, hurting Kat’s feelings.

The next day at school, Patrick publicly sings "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" (with the school's marching band providing backing music) to Kat in front of everyone asking her forgiveness, landing him in detention. Kat gets him out of detention by "flashing" the soccer coach. Kat and Patrick spend the day together, and they both realize that they truly do like each other. Patrick, motivated by Joey's bribe of $300, asks Kat to the prom. However, she is suspicious of his motives and they get into a fight.

Bianca tries to convince her father to let her go to the prom, but he refuses, since Kat isn’t going. Bianca confronts Kat. Kat then reveals that she dated Joey and they had sex, mostly because everyone else was doing it. However, when Kat told Joey that she wasn't ready for sex and did not want to do it again, he immediately broke up with her. Even though she forbade Joey to tell anyone of their one time together or else she would tell all the cheerleaders how "tiny" he is, Kat still felt immense rejection, thus spurring her to not do anything ever again just because everyone else was doing it and distanced herself from her peers.

Bianca and Kat end up going to the prom with Cameron and Patrick, respectively. Joey is furious to learn that Bianca has gone to prom with Cameron, and confronts Patrick about the "arrangement" in front of Kat. Kat blows up at Patrick and leaves. Joey subsequently confronts Cameron about manipulating the 'deal' for himself, but after he punches Cameron, Bianca hits Joey three times herself (once for "making [her] date bleed", once for her sister, and once for her), leaving him curled up in pain on the floor with a broken nose and a black eye.

The next morning, Bianca thanks Kat for going to prom and the sisters make up. Kat's father allows her to go to Sarah Lawrence. At school, Kat reads a poem which she wrote for English class, titled "10 Things I Hate About You" (although it contains 14 things she hates about Patrick). While reading the poem, she reveals (in front of the entire class) how hurt she was by what Patrick did and how much she really cares about him ("But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you. Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all"). Patrick is shown to be touched by her revelation. In the parking lot, Kat finds a guitar Patrick bought her with the money Joey paid him, and he admits that he messed up their deal by falling for her. Kat forgives Patrick and the two kiss and make up.

The Blind Side is a 2009 American drama sports film written and directed by John Lee Hancock, and based on the 2006 book The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game by Michael Lewis. The storyline features Michael Oher, an offensive lineman who plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL. The film follows Oher from his impoverished upbringings, through his years at Wingate Christian School (a fictional representation of Briarcrest Christian School, his adoption by Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, and on to his position as one of the most highly coveted prospects in college football.

The film stars Quinton Aaron as Michael Oher, Sandra Bullock as Leigh Anne Tuohy, Tim McGraw as Sean Tuohy, Oher's adoptive parents, and Kathy Bates as Miss Sue, Oher's tutor. The movie also features appearances by several current and former National Collegiate Athletic Association coaches, including Houston Nutt, Ed Orgeron, Phillip Fulmer, Nick Saban, Lou Holtz and Tommy Tuberville, and recruiting analyst Tom Lemming.

The Blind Side depicts the true story of Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron), a homeless 18-year-old from a broken home. He enrolls in a private Christian school and struggles to fit in because he is woefully underprepared. Eventually, he is taken in by the Tuohys (Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, Lily Collins, and Jae Head), a well-to-do Christian family who helps him fulfill his potential. At the same time, Oher's presence in the Tuohys' lives leads them to some self-discoveries of their own. Recognizing his potential talent as a football player, they encourage him get him private tutors and get involved in his football career. Living in his new environment, the 18-year-old faces a completely different set of challenges. As a football player and student, Oher works hard and, with the help of his coaches and adopted family, becomes an All-American offensive left tackle.

Seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan moves to Forks, a small town near Washington state's rugged coast, to live with her father, Charlie, after her mother remarries to a minor league baseball player. She is quickly befriended by many students at her new high school, but she is intrigued by the mysterious and aloof Cullen siblings. Bella sits next to Edward Cullen in biology class on her first day of school; he appears to be disgusted by her, much to Bella's confusion. A few days later, Bella is nearly struck by a van in the school parking lot. Edward inexplicably moves from some feet away and stops the vehicle with his hand. He later refuses to explain this act to Bella and warns her against befriending him.

After much research, Bella eventually discovers that Edward is a vampire, though he only consumes animal blood. The pair fall in love and Edward introduces Bella to his vampire family, Carlisle, Esme, Alice, Jasper, Emmett, and Rosalie. Soon after, three nomadic vampires—James, Victoria, and Laurent—arrive. James, a tracker vampire, is intrigued by Edward's protectiveness over a human and wants to hunt Bella for sport. Edward and his family risk their lives to protect her, but James tracks Bella to Phoenix where she is hiding and lures her into a trap by claiming he is holding her mother hostage. James attacks Bella and bites her wrist, but Edward, along with the other Cullen family members, arrives before he can kill her. James is destroyed, and Edward sucks James's venom from Bella's wrist, preventing her from becoming a vampire. A severely injured Bella is taken to a hospital. Upon returning to Forks, Bella and Edward attend their school prom. While there, Bella expresses her desire to become a vampire, which Edward refuses. The film ends with Victoria secretly watching the pair dancing, plotting revenge for her lover James' murder.

PRISON BREAK: The Final Break S04E23-24.HDTV.XviD-BiA

The story starts off with Sara being arrested for the murder of Christina Scofield, during her and Michael's wedding party. At the female penitentiary, some new characters are introduced, along with returning character Gretchen. Right at the beginning of her jail time Sara is mauled by the COs for having left the door open for Michael years earlier.

Across the yard is a neighboring men's prison, where General Krantz and T-Bag are being held. Receiving word of Sara's incarceration, Krantz puts out a $100,000 bounty on Sara's head. Sara is quickly poisoned, but is given medical treatment.

Michael soon learns of the bounty, and decides that he must break her out. He once again enlists Lincoln and Sucre's help. Lincoln and Sucre stake out the prison, taking photographs of the cameras and creating a rough layout of the prison. Gretchen sees Lincoln and Sucre, and forcibly asks Sara to include her in any escape plan that may be developing.

After meticulously analyzing the photographs and plans of the prison, Michael finds a fault in the security system. Mahone then arrives and offers his aid, although his true intentions are unclear, as he had just been offered reinstatement with the FBI on the condition that he find and report any evidence incriminating Michael.

Michael exploits the fault to come up with an escape plan, which he relays to Sara using a hidden message written in a letter. While he is out however, FBI agent Wheatley breaks into Michael's apartment, and sees the plans laid out on table. When Michael arrives, he points out that the plans look very incriminating, but Michael claims that he was merely looking for any faults, so that he could describe them to the prison warden, in the hopes that she may grant him visitation rights.

Visitation rights are eventually granted, so Michael visits Sara and, because the visit is supervised, subtly asks her if she understood the hidden message, which she implies that she does. However, just after leaving the prison, Michael finds out that Agent Wheatley also discovered the fault which Michael planned to exploit, and sees the camera system being adjusted, putting a halt to the escape plan.

Meanwhile, Sara joins the "family" of the leader of the prisoners, an inmate who goes by the name of "Daddy", in order to join the work detail and gain access to the yard.

Michael soon comes up with a daring plan which Lincoln strongly recommends against, to somehow parachute right outside the Prison Yard and rescue Sara. Realizing the difficulty of such a task, Michael asks Lincoln to enlist the aid of T-Bag. Since T-Bag would clearly be holding a grudge against Michael, Michael tells Lincoln to offer him a reward of $5,000. During the meeting, T-Bag demands a more money than the brothers can provide. But, since the General refused to provide any financial incentive for T-Bag's help, T-Bag tells Lincoln how he can rob the man holding the General's $100,000, in exchange for his help. Lincoln agrees to steal the money, and tells T-Bag to simply pull the fire alarm at the right moment. Lincoln and Sucre then proceed to rob the money holder and set up the fund transfer to T-Bag.

Wanting to get to Sara, Gretchen persuades one of the guards to search Daddy's room. The Guards do so, and, finding drugs in the trash can, take Daddy to lockup.

While waiting near the showers, Sara is attacked by a fellow family member but Gretchen comes to her rescue, killing the attacker in the process. Gretchen then pleads with Sara to include her in the escape because she wishes to see her daughter, Emily, and give her a gift. When one of the guards tells Daddy of the death of her family member, and mentions that Sara and Gretchen are thought to be behind her killing, Daddy becomes infuriated.

Following several phone calls with Agent Wheatley, in which Mahone divulged Michael's parachute plot, it appears that Mahone has betrayed Michael. But Michael continues to trust him, and gives him a piece of paper and a DVD which he says to give to Sara, in the event of his death. Michael then visits Sara once more, telling her that the previous escape plan was now impossible. But he cryptically tells her of a new plan, in which she must get to the chapel, which is linked to the outside via an underground connection to an administrative building.

Daddy is eventually freed from lockup, and appears to be stalking Sara and Gretchen. Just before the escape begins, Gretchen distracts a guard, and Sara confronts Daddy. Following a short explanation, Sara picks a fight with Daddy and purposely pushes her into a powerful and frightening inmate, who then retaliates by attacking Daddy. At the same time, Gretchen punches the guard and knocks her to the ground, but gets stabbed in the leg during the altercation. Sara quickly grabs the guards' keys, and the two of them hide in the kitchen amidst the chaos.

Michael then begins the escape. Knowing of the plan thanks to Mahone's information, agent Wheatley orders all lights to be shut off, and positions armed officers near Michael's landing site. When the parachute lands, it is riddled with bullets. However, Wheatley discovers the parachutist is revealed to be a dummy. Michael is then seen sneaking out from under Wheatley's car and running into the prison.

With the escape underway, Gretchen admits to Sara that she cannot continue on without help due to her injuries. Gretchen then asks her to choose, either to leave her behind or help her. Sara chooses to help Gretchen because she rescued her during the attack. However, as they run to the chapel, Gretchen is spotted by guards. She is asked if she's alone but Gretchen refuses to divulge Sara's presence and stalls the guards by telling them she just wanted to be with her daughter. Though Sara is almost spotted by a guard, she manages to unlock the door and get into the Chapel. At this point the guards are recalled and Gretchen is again taken into custody. Sara then sees the necklace that Gretchen made for her daughter on the ground, and knowing that she got away thanks to Gretchen, picks it up so that she may pass it on to her daughter.

Michael finally meets with Sara, and they sit, waiting. Sucre is supposed to transfer the money to T-Bag's bank account, but sees that the bank is closed. When T-Bag finds out that the transfer did not take place as promised, he angrily reveals the plot to the warden, and tells her that he was instructed to pull the fire alarm. The warden responds by turning all fire alarms off.

This however, turns out to be part of Michael's plan, as he figured that T-Bag would reveal the plan. With the alarms off, he then burns through a locked door with a blowtorch, managing to force it open. However, when they try to escape through the next door, which is electronically locked, they discover a roadblock. Knowing that this was a possibility from the beginning, Michael asks Sara to run as soon as the door opens and leave him behind, since the only way to open the door is to manually cause a power surge that will certainly kill him. Sara refuses to leave if Michael cannot go with her, but he emphasizes that there is no other way, touching her stomach and saying that he will be going with her. In one final act of sacrifice, Michael causes the surge, and sparks are shown coming from the fuse box. Sara then runs out, with Lincoln, Sucre, and Mahone waiting with a van just outside. Stunned, Sara is unable to describe to Lincoln what just happened. Mahone, who purposely misled the agents, revealed that he knew of Michael's plan from a previous discussion, and simply tells Lincoln, "He's Gone". They get into the van and drive away, still shocked over Michael's fate.

Back at the prison, T-Bag is put into solitary confinement for aiding Sara's escape since he told the warden to shut off the fire alarms.

Mahone finally gives Sara the paper and the DVD which Michael left for her. The paper reveals a medical exam which Michael recently underwent, revealing that his brain tumor had returned, and that his condition was terminal. Finally, Lincoln and Sara sit in a boat, and view the DVD. It is a prerecorded message in which Michael explains his motivation for sacrificing himself, tells Sara and Lincoln that he loves them, and asks them to watch over each other. The video, and the entire series, culminates in Michael's final proclamation: that they are all, finally, "free."
